Looking for Bcom /Mcom Freshers or 0 to 3 yrs experience
The role involves performing
essential accounting activities, preparing financial reports, and supporting the overall financial
management process.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Financial Operations:
* Perform daily accounting and bookkeeping activities, including accounts
payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger entries, and financial reporting.
* Reconcile bank and credit card accounts on a monthly, quarterly, and annual basis.
* Prepare and review financial statements and reports for accuracy and compliance with
applicable regulations and standards.
* Assist in coordinating and completing annual audits, providing necessary
documentation and support.
* Analyze variances in income statements and communicate financial results to clients or
TL.
* Participate in budget preparation and analysis, contributing insights for decision
making.
2. Client Management:
* Serve as a point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
* Ensure the delivery of high-quality services to meet client expectations.
* Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
3. Process Improvement:
* Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices.
* Ensure the use of modern accounting software and tools to enhance efficiency.
* Monitor and evaluate the performance of accounting systems and processes.
4. Training and Development:
* Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance skills.
* Stay updated with industry trends and standards and share knowledge with the team.
Qualifications:
* Bachelor’s degree - Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
* CA Inter or equivalent professional certification preferred.
* Strong knowledge in US accounting and bookkeeping domain preferred.
* Minimum of 3 years of experience in accounting and bookkeeping.
* Strong understanding of accounting principles and regulations.
* Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage).
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Strong organizational and time-management skills.
* Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

Other Details:
* Standard working hours from 9 AM to 6 PM.
* Work periods: 5 weeks (May to December) and 6 weeks (January to April).
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
