Job Description

About the Role

We are looking for a highly presentable, confident, and well-spoken Front Desk Executive to manage the reception area at our corporate IT office in Kharadi, Pune.

The candidate will act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and employees, ensuring a professional, organized, and welcoming office environment while supporting administrative and coordination activities.

Key Responsibilities

Welcome and greet visitors, clients, and interview candidates in a professional manner.
Manage front desk operations, including handling incoming calls, emails, and inquiries.
Maintain visitor logs and entry records as per company policy and security protocols.
Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with meeting arrangements.
Handle couriers, office deliveries, and mail distribution efficiently.
Support the HR and Admin teams with interview coordination and office activities.
Ensure the reception area is clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
Coordinate with internal teams for general office administration support.
Assist with vendor coordination and basic office management tasks when required.

Required Skills

Excellent communication skills (English & Hindi)
Pleasant personality with strong corporate etiquette and professionalism
Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Ability to handle visitors and senior stakeholders professionally

Qualification

Graduate in any discipline

Preferred

Prior experience as Front Desk Executive / Receptionist / Admin Executive in a corporate or IT office environment
Candidates staying near Kharadi / Wagholi / Viman Nagar
