Key Responsibilities:

- Working in partnership with the creative team, develop creative briefs and communications, including print, digital, and video assets.

- Work on targets through closely working with Sales team (Franchise Development Team), strategizing the activities, set the targets on lead generation and providing the qualified leads to the FD team.

- Work closely on targets through closely working with sales team of Yewale Food Products Pvt. Ltd. and strategizing on how to increase the sales of products across outlets.

- Work closely with Franchise Development Team, Product Sales Team and Operations Team to understand the pain areas of the Franchise related to low sales and strategizing on how to increase the footfall over the outlet for boosting sales.

- Drafting plans related to outlet opening/launch: Pre launch plan, launch day & post launch plan.

- Drafting new product launch plan.

- Conceptualize and execute on multi-channel campaigns across the prospect and customer lifecycle, ensuring the alignment of communications and messaging across all channels.

- Manage content and updates for customer and internal touch points, establishing budget guidelines, participating in events, documenting business processes, and providing additional sales support.

- Gather customer and market insights to inform outreach strategies, increase customer conversions, and generate.

- Experiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysis.

- Produce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groups.

- Build strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies and vendors.

- Prepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basis and allocate funds wisely.

- Oversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studies.

- Measure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goals.

- Analyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordingly

Requirements.

- Mentoring and training to subordinates. Guiding them and ensuring the execution of Marketing activities and Marketing SOPs across outlet level and corporate level.

Desired Candidate Profile:

- Demonstrable experience of minimum 6-8 years in marketing/branding/brand communication preferably from a FMCG/Dairy Industry/FMCD Industry, etc.

- Proven experience in identifying target audiences and in creatively devising and leading across channels marketing campaigns that engage, educate and motivate

- Numerically literate, comfortable working with numbers, making sense of metrics and processing figures with spreadsheets

- A sense of aesthetics and a love for great copy and witty communication

- Solid knowledge of website analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, etc.)

- Experience in setting up and optimizing Google Adwords campaigns, etc.

- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement

- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Marketing or related field with relevant experience

- Experience in Franchise Model Business
