About the Role
Orion Brand Group is looking for a creative and results-driven Content Writer & Social Media Executive to develop engaging content and manage social media platforms for the company and its clients. The ideal candidate should have strong writing skills, a good understanding of digital marketing, and the ability to create content that drives engagement, brand awareness, and lead generation.
Key ResponsibilitiesContent Writing
- Create high-quality content for websites, blogs, articles, landing pages, email campaigns, and marketing materials.
- Develop compelling social media captions, ad copy, and promotional content.
- Conduct research on industry trends, competitors, and target audiences.
- Ensure all content aligns with brand voice, messaging, and marketing objectives.
- Optimize content for SEO and digital visibility.
- Proofread and edit content to maintain accuracy, clarity, and consistency.
Social Media Management
- Plan, create, and schedule content across social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, X (Twitter), YouTube, and others.
- Manage daily social media activities, audience engagement, and community interactions.
- Monitor social media trends and identify opportunities for content creation.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and marketing teams to develop creative campaigns.
- Track social media performance and prepare regular reports on engagement, reach, and growth.
- Assist in executing paid social media campaigns and promotions.
Required Skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Strong content writing, editing, and proofreading abilities.
- Understanding of social media platforms, content strategies, and audience engagement.
- Basic knowledge of SEO and keyword research.
- Experience with social media scheduling and management tools.
- Ability to create creative and engaging content for different industries.
- Familiarity with digital marketing concepts and online branding.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in English, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in content writing, social media management, or digital marketing.
- Experience working with branding, advertising, or digital marketing agencies.
- Knowledge of Canva, basic graphic design, or video content creation is an advantage.
