Key Responsibilities

Due Diligence & Title Verification

Conduct title search and due diligence of immovable properties.
Examine title documents, chain of ownership, encumbrance certificates, and revenue records.
Prepare title search reports and legal due diligence reports.

Drafting & Documentation

Transaction Support

Legal Research & Compliance

Research applicable real estate laws, local land laws, RERA, stamp duty, and registration rules.
rack changes in property laws and regulatory requirements.

Client & Internal Coordination

Required Skills & Competencies

Strong legal drafting and vetting skills
Knowledge of property laws, Transfer of Property Act, Registration Act, Stamp Act
Basic understanding of RERA
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication
Ability to manage multiple documents and deadlines
