Role Overview
We are looking for a seasoned Senior Accounts Manager to lead our financial operations. You’ll be the backbone of our manufacturing unit’s fiscal health, overseeing everything from high-level cost analysis and statutory compliance to daily accounting functions. If you have a sharp eye for manufacturing overheads and a track record of streamlining financial processes, we want to meet you.
Key Responsibilities
- Financial Management: Oversee end-to-end accounting, including accounts payable/receivable, general ledger, and fixed asset management.
- Costing & Inventory: Monitor product costing, variance analysis, and physical inventory verification to optimize production costs.
- Compliance & Taxation: Ensure 100% adherence to GST, Income Tax, TDS, and statutory audit requirements specific to the manufacturing sector.
- Budgeting: Lead the annual budgeting process and provide monthly MIS reports to senior management with actionable insights.
- Internal Controls: Strengthen internal checks to prevent leakages and ensure smooth fund flow management.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and manage a team of junior accountants and plant-level staff.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience: 7–12 years in a core accounting role, with at least 4+ years specifically in a manufacturing environment.
- Education: CA, CMA, or m.com (Finance).
- Tech Savvy: Advanced proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Tally Prime, or Microsoft Dynamics) and MS Excel.
- Soft Skills: Strong analytical thinking, leadership presence, and the ability to explain complex numbers to non-finance teams.
