**Job Opening: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager*

Location: XL Plastics Machinery Pvt. Ltd. R.S. No. 442–452, NH-08, Behind Galaxy Hotel, Por – 391243, Vadodara District, Gujarat

Industry: Machinery Manufacturing

Job Type: Full-Time

Position: Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager

Education: Diploma in Mechanical Engineering / BBA / B.Com/Diploma IN Sales & Mkt / MBA Sales & Marketing

Experience: 3–8 years of experience in a Sales & Marketing Executive / Manager role within a manufacturing or engineering company Preferred: Experience in machine manufacturing or engineering manufacturing

Key Responsibilities:

Organizing and Managing Domestic Sales Plans under instructions and guidance from the Business Head  Establishing new and maintaining & strengthening existing relations with customers to manage and generate profitable business for the company  To provide full technical plus application support to customers and other sales force.  Must develop detailed knowledge in different main application areas crucial to marketing division  Plan strategy for Sales promotion and development  Must have travelled extensively and must have insight about market trends & developments  Must keep track of competitors marketing strategy, pricing, weaknesses etc.  Must be goal driven, entrepreneurial, problem solver with high work ethics.  Representing company in Domestic & International Exhibitions  Travelling to build customer relationship, Presentation & closing order  This individual will be responsible for ongoing direct customer interaction on all marketing channels as well as event coordination for brand development.  Build marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments.

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹50,000 per month (CTC) Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience
