We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented HR Intern to join our team in Pune. This internship is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to start their career in Human Resources and gain hands-on experience in HR operations, recruitment, and employee engagement.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

Maintain and update candidate and employee databases

Support onboarding and induction activities for new hires

Help in drafting job descriptions and posting job openings

Coordinate with candidates and internal teams for interview processes

Assist in employee engagement initiatives and HR events

Handle basic HR documentation and record-keeping

Support day-to-day HR administrative tasks

Requirements

Recent graduate (any discipline, preferably HR, Business Administration, or related fields)

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Basic understanding of HR concepts is a plus

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Good organizational and time management skills

Willingness to learn and grow in a fast-paced environment
