Job Responsibilities

Inbound and outbond Sales Telecaller
Handle incoming customer inquiries regarding loan and financial products.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
Assist customers with the application process and documentation.
Follow up on leads and ensure timely conversion.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions in the CRM system.
Contact potential customers through calls and explain company products and services.
Generate leads and convert prospects into customers.
Follow up with interested customers and maintain regular communication.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Update customer information and call outcomes in the CRM system.

Requirements

Graduate or Undergraduate candidates can apply.
Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome.
Excellent communication and convincing skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Experience in Telecalling, Sales, Fintech, Banking, NBFC, or Loan Sales will be preferred.
