Your work profile

As a Senior Consultant, within the Human Resource Transformation, the Individual will be responsible to implement Taleo in a global setup and will help configure, implement, and provide production/warranty support.

A strong understanding of best practices.
Understanding business requirements, must be able to map them to product features and convert into system configurations in Taleo.
Design, build and configure the Taleo to align with the organization's HR processes and requirements.
Must have experience working on all phases of the project – client demos/ workshops, Requirement gathering, analysis/ design, configuration, conducting CRPs, validate, transition, testing & UAT, cut over, go-live and support.
Good understanding and experience in Security and approval configuration.
Must have experience in Page Personalization and customization.
Provide end-user support and training to Recruitment teams, Talent Acquisition Team, and Hiring Managers to maximize their understanding and utilization of the Taleo system.
Develop and maintain integrations between Taleo and other HR systems (Oracle HCM, third-party tools)
Build and optimize TCC (Taleo Connect Client) scripts
Create and maintain OTBI/BI Publisher reports
Troubleshoot technical issues and coordinate with Oracle Support when needed
Support data migrations and interface validations

Key skills required

Must have experience of two life cycle implementations of Taleo implementations.
5+ years of experience and certification in Taleo.
Proficient in TCC scripting, XML, Web Services, and API usage
Experience in Taleo data models and reporting tools (OBIEE, BI Publisher)
Knowledge of integration tools like OIC or middleware is a plus
Strong written and oral communication skills
Strong team handling skills, analytical skills and presentation skills
Committed to meet Project Deadlines and deliver Quality outcomes
