This role is responsible for leading the discovery, design, and governance of a next-generation "agentic" product, leveraging AI agents to automate complex healthcare insurance processes. The architect ensures that all solutions are commercially viable, technically robust, and aligned with Indian healthcare regulations.Core Competencies● AI & Agentic Orchestration: Deep understanding of LLM, RAG, HITL, and multi-agent frameworks.● Strategic Advisory: Ability to influence C-suite stakeholders and translate ambiguous business "pain points" into structured technical roadmaps.● Healthcare Compliance: Knowledge of data privacy standards, ideally the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act and HIPAA-aligned security frameworks.● Agile Governance: Proficiency in managing "slices of value" delivery within a fast-paced, experimental environment.Technical Environment● Cloud Platform: Google Cloud Platform (GCP) including Gemini Enterprise (inc ex. Vertex AI), BigQuery, and Firebase.● AI Frameworks: Experience with orchestration tools (e.g., ADK) and evaluation frameworks for AI responses.● Architecture: Microservices, Event-driven architecture, and complex system integrations.● Documentation: Expertise in creating Architecture Decision Records (ADRs) and Business Capability Maps.Key ResponsibilitiesDiscovery & Forward Planning● Create a detailed plan of sessions and agendas for discovery during Forward planning.● Lead and facilitate forward planning sessions:○ Pose discovery questions to understand business problems and engage senior stakeholders.○ Facilitate discovery workshops to outline business vision, objectives, and value hypotheses.○ Collaborate with the Customer team to conduct Business Capability Mapping to identify which specific business processes will be disrupted or enhanced by the new platform.● Work with product managers to understand vision and scope.● Work with user experience designers to understand expected channels for end users.● Assess the "as-is" situation and collaborate with the Customer team to create high-value artifacts such as personas and epics.Strategy & Roadmap Development● Understand Customer’s intended business outcomes and KPIs to tailor the platform for value.● Speak to the value of delivery and how it maps to client vision, goals, and initiatives.● Facilitate and work with the customer to help them build and maintain a product roadmap.● T-shirt size effort, create a sequence for execution, and build an overall roadmap with defined milestones for major launches.● Collaborate with the Customer and help them define a Data & AI Governance strategy and standards to ensure the agentic platform operates within ethical, legal, and quality boundaries.● Identify opportunities for improvement and lead systemic change within the organization.● Assess Customer needs and develop account strategies with proactive proposals if needed to deliver Customer value.● Collaborate with the Customer and help them create a technical roadmap that supports their ambitious business goals during our engagement and beyond.Solution Architecture & Technical Leadership● Design the platform and architecture that solve Customer’s business problems while making pragmatic tradeoffs based on product availability in the region, delivery timelines, cost and other aspects. Document these technical decisions and tradeoffs for later reviews and refinement through the ADR process.● Leverage technical expertise and experience in RAG, HITL and multi-agent platform design to architect the MVP implementation and design flows, including complex integrations.● Provide leading practices recommendations on platform products and usage.● Collaborate with the Customer stakeholders and help them define Non-Functional Requirements (NFRs), including scalability, latency for AI agents, and high-availability targets.● Establish a Security & Privacy architecture (e.g., Data Sovereignty, PII handling in LLMs) to ensure compliance with industry standards.● Provide advice on the testing strategy for an agentic platform (e.g., evaluation frameworks for AI responses).Stakeholder Management & Liaison● Act as a trusted technical advisor by building key relationships and understanding market trends such as healthcare and insurance industries in India specifically.● Work with the platform factory and feature factory pod teams, building trust and influencing senior stakeholders/team leads toward better decisions.● Act as the bridge between the technical hands-on implementation team and the product/business teams.● Conduct regular showcases/demos to the Customer teams including team members across functions such as engineers, product managers, testers, user experience designers, function heads, domain SMEs, executive stakeholders to demonstrate consistent and regular value being delivered and to demystify the agentic technology and encourage adoption (for internal users).Execution, Governance & Agile Delivery● Work with the product managers to help with work breakdown and backlog refinement for MVP and platform phases, and including creating and maintaining the specialized experimentation backlog for prototypes.● Nurture an agile mindset, driving the identification of "slices of value" for incremental delivery.● Advocate for continuous builds and launches across both Google and Customer teams.● Highlight risks to software delivery and assist the leadership team in mitigation.● Establish an "Architecture Decision Log" (ADR) to document why specific trade-offs were made, preventing future technical debt.Success Metrics (KPIs)● Time-to-Value: Successful delivery of a production-ready MVP within the agreed forward-planning timeline.● Architecture Integrity: Minimal technical debt as evidenced by the adoption and clarity of the Architecture Decision Log (ADR).● Stakeholder Satisfaction: Positive feedback from Customer stakeholders regarding the clarity of the roadmap and the "demystification" of AI tech.● Compliance: Zero high-risk findings in security and privacy audits related to PII and AI data handling.
Pay: ₹3,000,000.00 - ₹3,500,000.00 per year
