About the Role
We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Sales Executive who can generate business, convert leads into clients, and contribute to the growth of the company. The candidate should possess excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship skills.
Key Responsibilities
- Contact and follow up with leads provided by the company.
- Conduct client consultations through phone calls, WhatsApp, Zoom meetings, and in-person meetings.
- Understand client requirements and recommend suitable services.
- Convert inquiries into paying clients.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM and update lead status daily.
- Achieve monthly sales targets assigned by the management.
- Build long-term relationships with clients.
- Coordinate with the service team for smooth onboarding of clients.
- Prepare and submit daily sales reports.
- Ensure excellent customer experience throughout the sales process.
Performance Expectations
- Monthly Revenue Target: ₹3,00,000 or more.
- Daily Follow-Ups: Minimum 50.
- Daily Client Calls: Minimum 30.
- Maintain professional communication with all prospects and clients.
Required Skills
- Strong communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to handle objections and close deals.
- Basic computer and CRM knowledge.
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset.
- Fluency in Hindi and basic English.
Qualification
- Graduate preferred.
- Freshers with excellent communication skills may also apply.
Compensation
- Fixed Salary: ₹10,000 – ₹25,000 per month (depending on experience).
- Performance Incentives: As per company policy.

- Monday to Saturday
- Reporting Time: 9:30 AM
