Job Title: Receptionist / Admin Cum Teacher

Location: Coaching Centre

Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹15,000 per month

Experience Required: Minimum 1–3 Years

We are looking for a dedicated and responsible Receptionist / Admin Cum Teacher for our coaching centre. The candidate will be responsible for managing front office operations, administrative activities, student and parent communication, and teaching students up to Class 6.

Key Responsibilities:

Manage front desk operations and handle student/parent inquiries.
Maintain student records, attendance, fee collection, and administrative documents.
Coordinate class schedules and support daily coaching centre operations.
Teach students from Bengali Medium, CBSE, and ICSE boards up to Class 6.
Prepare lesson plans, conduct assessments, and monitor student progress.
Assist with admissions, counseling, and student enrollment activities.
Handle phone calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and basic computer-related tasks.
Ensure a positive, disciplined, and student-friendly learning environment.

Requirements:

Graduate in any discipline.
Minimum 1–3 years of teaching experience.
Strong knowledge of Bengali Medium, CBSE, and ICSE curriculum up to Class 6.
Good communication skills in Bengali, Hindi, and English.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, WhatsApp).
Strong administrative and organizational skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

B.Ed. or Montessori-trained candidates will be preferred.
Candidates currently working as school teachers or having prior school teaching experience will be given preference.
Female candidates are encouraged to apply.
Experience in coaching centres, schools, or educational institutions will be an added advantage.

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
