Full job description

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendar, meetings, and appointments for senior management
Coordinate with production, purchase, accounts, and HR teams for daily updates
Handle emails, calls, and official communication professionally
Prepare reports, MIS data, and presentation documents
Follow up with departments on production timelines and task completion
Maintain records, files, and confidential company documents
Assist in factory-related coordination and vendor communication
Support travel arrangements, meetings, and logistics planning
Track tasks and ensure timely execution of management instructions
Act as a communication bridge between management and factory operations

Requirements:

Strong communication skills in Gujarati, Hindi, and English
Excellent organizational and coordination skills
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
Problem-solving attitude and attention to detail
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information
Prior experience in EA/Admin role (manufacturing preferred)

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
