Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's and Master's Degree in the relevant subject/discipline.
- B.Ed. is mandatory for teaching positions.
- Valid RCI Registration is mandatory for Special Educator and Lead Special Educator positions.
Required Experience
Leadership Roles: Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in a reputed school, including at least 5 years in academic leadership roles.
Administrative Head: Minimum 5 years of experience as an Administrative Head in a reputed school.
Coordinator Role (Coordinator – Performing Arts & Dance Teacher): Minimum 8 years of teaching experience in a reputed school, including at least 3 years of experience in a Coordinator role.
Teaching Positions: Minimum 3 years of teaching experience in a reputed school is required.
Career Counsellor: Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in career guidance, university admissions counselling, and student mentoring in a school environment is preferred.
Required Candidate Profile
- Strong understanding of the respective subject area and curriculum framework.
- Excellent lesson planning, classroom management, and student engagement skills.
- Ability to foster a positive, inclusive, and student-centric learning environment.
- Strong leadership, mentoring, and team collaboration skills for leadership and coordinator roles.
- Excellent communication skills in English (spoken and written).
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development.
