Location: Punjab (Extensive Travel Across Punjab Required)
Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and result-oriented Sales Manager to drive business growth through field sales activities across Punjab. The ideal candidate will be responsible for lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and achieving sales targets. This role requires both independent contribution and effective teamwork to expand the company's market presence.
Key ResponsibilitiesSales & Business Development
- Generate new business opportunities through field sales activities.
- Identify, qualify, and convert potential leads into customers.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
- Explore new markets and business opportunities across Punjab.
Client Handling & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
- Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address client concerns promptly.
- Follow up on inquiries, quotations, and sales closures.
Lead Generation
- Generate leads through market visits, referrals, networking, and direct outreach.
- Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and regularly update CRM/sales reports.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback.
Team Collaboration
- Work closely with internal teams including operations, marketing, and customer support.
- Coordinate with team members to ensure smooth execution of sales activities.
- Share market intelligence and contribute to business growth initiatives.
Individual Contributor Role
- Take ownership of assigned sales territories and targets.
- Independently plan daily field visits and customer interactions.
- Drive revenue growth through proactive sales efforts and relationship building.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Any graduation
- 1.5 years of experience in field sales, business development, or client acquisition.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to generate leads and close sales.
- Excellent client handling and relationship management skills.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and willing to travel extensively across Punjab.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools is preferred.
