Full job description

Key Responsibilities

Execute and supervise MEP works as per approved drawings and project specifications.
Coordinate with civil, architectural, consultants, contractors, and vendors for smooth project execution.
Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion of milestones.
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues related to MEP systems.
Prepare work schedules and resource planning for MEP activities.
Ensure compliance with project timelines, quality standards, and budgets.
Inspect and test HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV installations.
Review shop drawings, technical submittals, BOQs, and as-built drawings.
Verify materials received at site and coordinate with suppliers.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports.
Maintain proper documentation of site activities and completed work.
Ensure compliance with all Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) regulations and promote safe working practices.

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
6–9 years of experience in MEP construction projects.
Experience in residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure projects.
Strong knowledge of HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and ELV systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and project management tools.
Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and technical specifications.
