1. AR Executive (Voice / Semi-Voice)
Shift: Night Shifts | 5.30 PM – 2:30 AM/ 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM
Education: BE, B.Tech, B.Com, BBA, BA, B.Sc, BCA
Perks: Cab facility provided!
Key Responsibilities:
Contact US Insurance Payers to resolve claim issues (denials & non-denials).
Review systems for payments, adjustments, and self-pay updates.
Identify and escalate trends or recurring issues.
Maintain SOP updates, issue logs, and trend trackers.
Resolve complex patient account issues.
2. Medical Coding / Billing (Non-Voice - Ambulance Billing)
Shift: Day Shift | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Education: B.Com, BBA, BCA, B.Sc, BA
Note: No cab facility provided for this role.
Role Overview:
Basic knowledge of medical billing & coding concepts.
Strong analytical and attention-to-detail skills.
Ability to work in a process-driven environment.
Willingness to learn US healthcare systems and payer guidelines.
Mandatory Requirements
Experience: Strictly Freshers only.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written English is a must.
Age Limit: Below 29 years.
Schedule: 5 days working | Weekends Off.
Ineligibility: D.Pharma, M.Pharma, and Post Graduates are not eligible.
