Position: Associate Consultant / Functional Consultant
We are seeking motivated HR professionals ready to pivot their careers into technology consulting. As an Oracle HCM Consultant, you will bridge the gap between HR business requirements and technology solutions. You will leverage your HR domain knowledge and will be trained to transition into an ERP consulting role to implement, configure, and support Oracle EBS/Fusion HCM applications, helping clients streamline their employee lifecycles from recruitment to retirement.
- Experience Required: 4-10 years in any HR functions like- HR Operations, Recruitment, HRIS, or Generalist roles.
- Notice period: 15 days or less
- Location: Head Office: Dubai, Hiring Office: Hosur
- Work Mode: Remote (Onsite- when required)
Desired Candidate Profile (What you need)
- HR Experience: 4-10 years of experience as an HR Executive, HR Operations, HR Recruiter, HR Generalist, or HRIS Analyst.
- System Knowledge: Proven experience as a super-user or administrator of any HRIS system (Oracle HRMS/HCM, Workday, SAP SuccessFactors).
- Domain Expertise: Deep understanding of HR processes, including hiring, onboarding, employee management, payroll and benefits.
- Technical Aptitude: Willingness to learn Oracle HCM configuration, OTBI reporting, and basic data loading tools.
- Communication: Strong interpersonal skills to interact with clients and translate technical concepts into simple, non-technical language.
- Education: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field or a Certification on Oracle HCM.
