Furthermore, the work-life balance at AcademiaAssist is commendable. The organization understands the importance of personal time, which is respected and encouraged. This balance has positively impacted my productivity and job satisfaction.

The boss donot card about career growth of the employees, nod even the salary is satisfactory. Earlier there was no work politics but recently it is becoming toxic work culture. Unfair promotion to the wrong person while ignoring the eligible ones. Partiality from the boss. No holidays even have to work during National Holidays like 1st May, Good Friday, Eid etc. No diversity just think employees as their labours. They try to deduct salary of employees by unfair means without any proper fail report. The work culture though was good but getting worsen.

 The office hours is from 10:30 to 7 p.m.except Saturday. Sunday is generally a holiday, but sometimes employees are asked to work on that day with no incentive. However, the holiday is adjusted later, as per the owner's wish. There is no HR Manager or trainer in that office. Hence, proper training is not provided. There is no TL concept in that office. Hence, there is lack of potential career growth.
