•	Develop training and development model and determine the training and development needs that link directly to organizational business goals and objectives. 
•	Develop, direct, and evaluate the training programs, as per the requirements. 
•	Evaluate training/instructional materials, teaching aids, and devices in order to fulfill the requirements. 
•	Conduct training needs assessments and recommend training programs. 
•	Communicate and support company policies & procedures to maintain high employee morale and motivation, and ensure an atmosphere of participative management.
•	To ensure the smooth and efficient management of the Training Function, ensuring that all the Policies and Procedures outlined in the Operations Manual are strictly adhered to.
•	To ensure that all training records, and training passports are maintained and updated as and when required.
•	Ensure optimum service through the effective communication of policies and procedures to all employees.
•	Promote and manage a positive and productive work environment by working with the management team to provide clear communication and fair and timely training evaluations of the team.
•	To liaise with Schools / Colleges / Universities concerned and arrange the recruitment / selection of the Management and Industrial Trainees.
•	To constantly monitor progress of individual trainees and receive feedback from Department Heads involved in the program and identify possible future hires for the Human Resources database.
•	To develop, update and organize well-structured Orientation Program and to ensure that all New Hires are scheduled to attend the Orientation Programs.

A typical day at work is filled with a minimum of 2 meetings excluding any internal audit meetings within the department. Depending upon the department you work in and the leaders you work with, you can expect a compressed routine to yield out the maximum work. However, the work culture is fun and enjoyable. The time spent in Accor (India) taught me to test my limits while keeping in mind the overall health and stability. Workplace culture is majorly affected by the people you work with and the management that you work for. Over different changes in higher level leadership, I noticed many differences that helped me shape my path to becoming a successful and a productive manager. 

My experience was different than others due to my fast track Leadership program, That is hard to pursue in general. But Irrespective of that, dealing with unsatisfied consumers and fixing product issues was the tough part. While I learnt a lot from that, I must add that the most enjoyable experience was to interact with different guests from all walks of lives and share the same experience with colleagues from diverse ethnic backgrounds.

Day use to start with briefing , check in check out procedure, report generation, VIP arrivals, airport operations, supervision, guest handling , complaints, queries, team management, time management, Front desk and back office operations, cost saving, budgeting, special training and activity required if any, training to beginner, safety and control, quality and standards to be maintained,

learning's will include time management, team management, training supervision, maintaining quality and standard, auditing handling complaints and queries.
Management was supportive in case if need any assistance or training i was allowed free to walk in and share my views with HR and Mangers 
Most of the colleagues were new so it was great fun in teaching and learning with them.

Hardest part is that is we have look fresh and energetic every minute because its an hospitality job

The most enjoyable part was meeting new people with different nationalities with different culture different language which made to aware to know about people from different region and culture

• Design, conduct and evaluate core courses such as Orientation Training, Train the Trainers, Management Development, Coaching Skills, Effective Communication, etc. as well as refresher courses

• Develop trainers for each departments; train and coach all the Assistant Manager in Hotel if required

• Set up training-related policies and procedures and ensure that they are implemented

• Evaluate and audit the reports and performance of external trainers; coach and counsel if necessary; develop effective evaluation systems

Worked for 7 months and after resigning received my full and final amount after 4 and a half months... which was really disappointing your co-colleagues who left the property before you did they receive their salary within 2 months felt it was a little unfair. You join the hotel with lots of hopes. In my case I was never been informed that I was been hired as a operator the designation said Guest Service Associate. As being a fresher in FO department was told to attend only calls for 1 and a half months for which I was ready and then move further and learn other things but what I got is to be at the operator and help the colleagues working at the desk who later take you for granted for 4 and a half months. Area of improvement would be if you show confidence in that person and help growing. Every person wants to grow in their career. Just a little help and cooperation can make someone's work life better. By helping someone or doing something for them is good and very helpful but to make them feel there is a favor done for you doesn't feels good that too in such a good company...

A perfect place to work. Target oriented job with great team sprit.

Remarkable day was when there was completion with all Asian countries including strong competitors like Singapore, Hanoi, Thailand. Last day of the year when Accor mumbai team was short of 53 sales, it was so uncertain to be first in asia, with such difference of sales figures. But Manager inspiration and insight, with great team spirit, we could see this happen. We were team of 12 hard core selling team, and just one focus to get down this 53 sales in any condition. No planning, just total dedication, die hard spirit, and a win win attitude. Finally all teammates contributed with great figures and Mumbai Accor stood first in Asia

Always play your best role in the team. Great managers require faith in team and right attitude. All co-workers should be equivalently dedicated to grow personally and along with organization. The hardest part of the job would be monotony of same job profile but enjoyable part would be rewards you see in your pay cheque.

A Management Trainee has to work in various departments of the organization, ranging
from human resources to sales .
Has to adapt himself to working with different sets of people and in different departments
any given day.
Main duty is to gain as much knowledge of the organization as he can and prepare
himself for a managerial role.
Has to become aware of the international policies and practices of the organization you
are working for.
Has to spend time observing experienced staff of the organization in order to learn about
the necessary methods and procedures.
Has to involve the senior management in setting goals and objectives.
Monitor progress with the help of key staff of the organization.
Learn about the inner workings of the different departments of the organization.
Communicate with various members of the organization around the world and be
sensitive to cultural differences.

Typically, a day would comprise of allocating and checking rooms for VIP's, checking for groups, Guest's problem solving,handling situations,departmental briefings,training, keeping a track on guest satisfaction scores and suggest alternatives to the department head to improve the performance. The management gave me an amazing opportunity for cross exposure in revenue and marketing, which helped me decide the department where I see myself in. The hardest part of my job was to handle various situations at the same time which also was the most enjoyable one as it is very challenging.

•	Unearthed prospective crew change, long stay business from ship building company on timely basis  
•	2020-21 being an extraordinary year got an opportunity as a first responder to serve anxious guests coming home
