It's been a awesome experience here which encompasses challenging work on a regular basis and hence my development as a seasoned Program Manager. Along with that the work life balance offered is awesome.

On a typical day the work can be as hectic as a 12 hour marathon or it can be eased out as a 2 hour relaxing movie, but holistically it offers enough challenges to learn as a Program Manager and hence be more and more productive in what I am doing. 

I have to wear multiple hats - that of a leader for getting along with my team of Engineers and driving the project ahead, that of Techie for really solving problems with them, that as a typical accounts manager for managing all the budgeting and resources tied to the project and of course a strategist for laying the year's road-map for the project.

However, the best part is the way the organization encourages my learning by giving me sufficient time for a learning curve which allows me to excel in my role. Over a period of time this phenomenon has really added positively to my thought process and made me a much better performer in my work.

Personal Growth:
Adobe is fantastic; it provides every possible benefit a company can. They reimburse an excellent amount for your educational purposes, be it a certification or a degree or any course, they will reimburse that. 
Apart from that, your managers will do a regular one on one to discuss the expectations & goals set for you so you continue doing good for yourself and the company.

Wellness:
Adobe also reimburses a lot of things that one can buy for their mental or physical welness, like any hobby classes you wish to take or gym equipments.

Compensation & Appraisal: The compensation is decent and along with the benefits & shift allowances (if you are eligible), it does seem handsome. Appraisals are also good.

The Vendor workers might not get shift allowances and all the benefits, so that's a con.

Culture: 
Work culture is great, it is very helping. The people are the best part of this organization.

Office:
Office has everything, from free meals to free milkshakes, and from various sports facilities to rest rooms, everything is great.

Adobe Systems Inc. is a wonderful organization to work with. Great products, lots of new learning, dynamic environment, employee centric, are some words I can describe Adobe with.

I have worked in 2 different departments at Adobe, and learnt technologies and management skills which have transformed my entire profile. I was always interested in eLearning and mLearning, and Adobe provided me the right platform to get equipped with all the much needed knowledge.

It has been a great experience working with superiors and subordinates in this organization. Every moment and every conversation has a new learning associated with it.

Team management has been a challenging task, but I received notable appreciation from my team members. Several initiatives and encouragement techniques adopted by me were noticed and shared as best practices between the management. The challenge now seemed to have become the best part of the job.

* On Job Accomplishment: To perform Regression testing, Functional testing, Database Testing (SQL Queries and Reports generation) E2E Testing (End to End testing) and System testing. Creation and Execution of Test Cases.
* Defect Management tool: Digite, a Project monitoring and Bug Reporting tool.

A typical day at work was fast-paced, involving active customer interactions and strategic sales planning. I gained valuable skills in communication, problem-solving, and product knowledge, which allowed me to excel in both sales and customer support. Management was supportive, providing clear direction and helpful feedback, fostering a positive work environment. The workplace culture emphasized teamwork and client satisfaction, making it enjoyable to collaborate with my peers. The most challenging aspect was balancing high sales targets with customer care, but this also made the work rewarding. The best part was building long-term relationships with clients and knowing I contributed to their satisfaction.

- I have learned so much here, including more than half a dozen of Adobe software, a professional attitude , leading a team, taking ownerships for what I do and much more.

- Here , Adobe has an amazing work culture. Even Adobe focuses on an employees growth the most. It provides multiple oppotunities and if we are good at any of them, we can apply for them and achieve what we are for. Our managers focus the most on achieving goals.

- The toughest part of job for me was to communicate many people and being talkative indulging into any conversation. But Adobe gave me responsibilities to understand them , help others and I learnt what I was bad at. I am a good leader who is helping whole team being a helping hand of manager.

- Most enjoyable part of this job is , just the way of work we do. So employee- friendly environment Adobe has.

I specialize in Product Management, data analytic, Technical consulting, Managing Strategic Customers, Customer Engagement, Accounts Renewals, Mapping customers need. 

I currently manage a team of 8 consultants, who work on variety of technical issues, gather requirement for new features, handles new customer on boarding and report world-wide technical escalations. I collaborate with  cross-functional team to deliver the results and responsible for implementing solution.

Most enjoyable part of my job is every day, there are new challenging problems and variety of it, ranging from global escalations to customer engagement and identifying product enhancements.

A great company with not so great managers. I have been working at Adobe for over 3 years in an individual contributor role. While I am very happy with the organizational culture, I have seen absolutely no career advancement in my tenure and very little salary advancement. Instead of promoting existing employees, it is popular to hire external candidates for higher positions. The managers don't feel accountable for team's growth or success.
