A typical day in Alliance Bernstein starts with skimming through research circulated internally the previous day, prioritizing the tasks for the day and then getting along with the assigned tasks. The present job has helped me blossom as a credit analyst specializing in Financial institutions research for different geographies.The management is quite supportive and co-workers are fun to be with. The hardest part of the job is that sometimes for a few data set, too much data mining is required which tests the nerves. The most enjoyable part is the opportunity it offers to continuously steepen my learning curve.

The corp culture used to be great at AllianceBernstein (previously Alliance Capital). Generally, senior management is still OK but lower level local managers can often be petty and make life very difficult.
The hardest part of the job was dealing with the succession of managers and team leaders.
On the other hand, you can learn a lot on the job and the company offers lots of help in education both within and outside the company.

Indeed has been a great place to work. With any growing company, there have been moments of stress. But through strong leadership and a clear mission (I help people get jobs), Indeed has been an amazing place to work. The challenges are daily and varied and leave me satisfied. I have grown a lot working here and see a lot of potential for more in the future.

Supportive management. Working alongside colleagues and learning from them. Detail oriented work. Some tasks required detailed analysis. Direct interactions with the portfolio managers.

Daily Calls, Team group sessions, Brainstorming and interactive learning and fun.

It's basically a medium overall as per culture.
It's totally not good not bad about the work culture basically the management team is good and look at employees.

Good company to work with. Highly qualified and experience colleagues fun to work with. Had good exposure in fixed income domain for 3plus year in bangalore and USA
