Alpha Design Technologies is a premier Private Defence Company. It is one of the very few Private company Working in the defence sector. It Employs around 900 people through our india. 

It has very friendly management who help the youngsters to comeup in the carrier. Alpha works on very high end technologies.

Good support from Superiors to Design and development of the products

Lac of manpower and worst people management from Superiors

Superiors are playing quite politics.


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
There is no recognition for employees efforts

A typical workday is generally not at all hectic unless we are working on some emergency project for the army, airforce or ISRO . As a design engineer I came across things which I had seen only in action movies and games. The colleagues are supportive and provide a nurturing environment for the young engineers. 

the working environment is very good and learning experience is also good. i learned about working in every condition.the management of the company is very friendly to employees. they provide every single detail related to job also helpful in work. the hardest part of the job is that to do work inside the tank and also enjoyable.

Poor management and they wont have HR policies and recruitment is mainly for retired PSU employees and no salary hikes in time. Project Biders are not good enough to quote the projects and LD fees for most of the running projects  

A typical day at work is very relaxed. A proactive work environment. Learned a lot about Mechanical design. Management is good and co-workers are very friendly. The  hardest part of the job was during the months of November-March when the annual exhibition is held and the work load is very high with strict deadlines.

The company is specialized in strategic electronic design and development for DRDO labs. The company does not put much pressure on employees. A good place to learn especially for freshers.  I feel that the salary is low compared to MNCs.

Here in Alpha Design i got an very good exposure to learn some of the advanced technological improvements and implementing it in our projects.

Good environment..seniors are more supportive towards fresher's..low salaries for fresher's and work will be good...working environment is good..traniee to teamleaders every one will be doing same work..good scope to learn if seniors help.
