I had a good experience working under Alshaya and almost everything is perfect specially they have trainings for the employee, you have nothing to worry about your documents and everything is black and white. However for 2 years under Alshaya some point they need to ask people specially those people inside the store and working on the floor individually with confidential 1 on 1 at least once a year for their side. In my experience  people are working under pressure but any body ask or any survey from them regarding about the relationship between the manager and the staff or above manager? Come on guys hear the voice of all your people for a better communication and understanding they are the one who made money and fight for the numbers you wanted. Yes salary is fine at least there is increased happened done nothing, but do not forget people working under pressure and standing for 8 hrs and more are not easy specially not all customers are right but we need to follow the protocol. Benefits like a little more improvement to do like health insurance must be needed for them as a security. Make a survey please because some people are doing "POWER TRIPPING"  and some manager's are highly expecting big from the staff even though it is impossible but people are still working hard for it. Please stop also this kind of manner like favoritism, open your eyes not only your ears and balance everything so every body is benefitted at the end of the day and people are working hard will be more motivated because they know they have been acknowledged from the highest office and aware for the people who made work hardly and they walk your talk. Tnx for the training and trusted on me Alshaya company.

Different techniques to assist customer is one of the biggest talent I have ever experienced in my current job. To keep going business in a day we receive more then thousands of customer with different nationalities and interaction creating good wheel of a company as well as public relation to direct back customer gives me extra energy to move forward in a same track. 
Customer satisfaction and recomendation from customer made me more confident to contribute more in near future.

It has been more than a year I joined this company and I want to say it's my first job in UAE. I'm thankful to my present company for the opportunity they have provided to me. I have gained so much experience and new knowledge about being a sale associate and customer service as a whole. Working in retail store is not easy but not so hard also if we know to work as a team because in this field team work is very important part. This is a good opportunity as my starting job because of my present job I got to interact with so many people across the globe and know many knowledge about other's culture and their life style by dealing with different people in a day.

I am working in Alshaya(India) last 2 years , they Pay well and we get good Chance to work with multi system and integration (Only In Ecom rest all are not good)

but decision are made very quickly and frequently by non technical people 

no job security

One of the worst team is HR team 

Employee are treated as Slave they wont care about employee suggestions

if good suggestion was made from india team no one care for that 

No transparency at all  
overall 

if you know how to do politics than it good place for settled down 
no value for Indian employee 

if your harder worker and you propose good ideas for betterment of company than its not right place

Starting from the first day in my training in auditorium it was all fun which I really like. I learnt how to give consistence performance for better result. Management of this company is amazing because of timely coaching and support and the staff working with me are very co operative and fun loving.The hardest part when there is any equipment breakdown and the restaurant is full.The most enjoyable moment when the restaurant is full and and customer after their meal having big smile of satisfaction.

we are enjoy special i'm visual must of the time busy in store and always crawded customer.and i learn from victoria secret whats d standards of victoria secret brand and how to give good presantation to customer.yes,all management are posetive but hardest part on overnight new floor set because there is big movement and we are working like 14-15 hours.when i'll do composition in manniquns setup and showing some thing new creative.

Its big retail organization and we learn lots of  many new things as a manager.

Handle the critical customer complaints as a manager. And we try to give world class service

Healthy environment .All staff was very cooperative with managers and managers also support and motivate

Salary not increase. No promotion and increments

Most is organized and standard of operation

 I think stress is busy special weekend  all may back are finished so it hard spacial we have lunch new menu

Organized system the of oration and they have like a family special work for 7 yrs 

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
I thick lock of business we need push the item to sales

If i am in the morning shift, I go for delivery than clear delivery n replenish all stocks. I do banking than bring float and put in the till .Once the store open,I look after customer service by greeting them and ask if they need assistance. If yes than I give my best customer service n close the sale by selling good amt of items.If their is any customer issue I look after it n make customer happy .Its very important to make good customer relation.

Best company at gulf country…staff facilities are best (I love my blue card)I was working Tekzone Kuwait (all managers are very good in their behavior…they always motivate us )I wish I can join again..but I was having personal reasons to leave my job …but my kids grew up  I will definitely say them to  do job in Alshaya .(I got  silver arc) and Best Employee of month within 6months..I was the highest seller in Tekzone…this was most day of my job…(Thankuu  Alshaya)
