I am associate to ATC for last more than 4 years and experiencing great team work & learning many good things as given chance to learn inter departmental workings, interpersonal skills with customers, feedback, vendors etc.. 

I enjoy company of good people to work & associate to grow in telecom industry. 

The hardest part of my work is working as per process and keep happy the higher management which is practically impossible, but i won my battles by communicating them well & give them understanding of what i'am working for achieve the targets on timely basis.

i enjoy my working by maximum participation and give my best output.

so exited during this time period,where i missed it,

1. Best Management or Senior Manager officer.
2. Best Support from Senior Officer manage for Play individual job 
    Task.
3. Improve my professional or Personal relation with Customer. 
4. I Prove my Capability which a part of job which given by 
    management with trust.
5. Really very friendly  work place, where every person or senior 
    support for grow own self.
6. We as small team maximum output where company expected
     from us.
7. We enjoyed our job duty hours with new challenged and we closed
    in time limit.

My typical day of work starts with casual interaction with all individuals, listening to their concerns which helps me connect better with my employees.
Task for the day are always on the board from last evening and flagged according to priority. 50 percent of the day goes in Talent Acquisition and Talent Management activities. Rest of the day goes in planning in implementation of L&D activities, HR operations and HR transaction processes.

Site Acquisition and IBS Acquisition and Coordination with all agencies, Acquisition executives on a daily basis and feeding data to MIS Co-coordinator, Project & Operation and Maintenance.
	Owner Coordination : Coordination with owner for any support in project activities & Convincingly answer to owners in case of delay agreement, SD & Rentals

ATC is well organised and cultured company. Highly motivated people with multi skilling attitude.Good to learn and earn and ethical organisation to work with.

not defined process for some complicated issues, employee's job security is main issue not yet resolve by company.

control of manager not good in current period.

Had very good experience in terms of HR profile,learned and having experiences of working in different parts of states.
Work culture was good the hardest part of job was the integration and dealing with organization structure changes.

No command on vendor team. Lack of material supply. Long pending approval of faulty materials.
Engineer doing job as technician. Unskilled technician recruit by vendor team as their relationship.
