Apollo Pharmacies as an employer is stable, process-driven, and conservative. Job security is one of its strongest points. Salaries come on time, policies are clear, and the organization runs with tight controls. If you value predictability over excitement, this works.

That said, don’t romanticize it. Growth is slow, especially in corporate and tech roles. Decision-making is hierarchical, and innovation moves at a crawl compared to product or modern tech companies. You will spend more time following SOPs than building cutting-edge solutions. If you are ambitious, fast-paced, or want deep technical exposure, you may feel constrained.

Work-life balance is generally reasonable, but peak business periods can get hectic. Learning happens more through operations than experimentation. Promotions depend more on tenure and internal politics than pure merit.

Bottom line: Apollo Pharmacies is good for stability and brand value, not for rapid career acceleration or high-end technical growth. Choose it with clear expectations.

1. Very bad timing schedule - If you can't consider 5 minutes late from staff than how can you insist him/her come 15 minutes before the shift starting and leave after 15 minutes from the closing time.
2. Painfull shift - The staffs have to remain stand at all the time from the start to end of the shift. I received a gift of very low vitamins level with greatness from them.
3. No respect - The Apollo pharmacy has the tag line for the staffs that they cannot argue/ save themselves even any customer/ person abuse them or raise hand on them.
                                            Means, you have behaved like a puppet.
4. Management - It can be considered a little good in terms of services to the customer but the HR management is very worst. They consider staffs as a terrorist. They directly abscond the staff without any communication and tell lie that they have sent any mail/ letter to their leaving address.

In short, the value of the staff in Apollo pharmacy is like an insect.

For beginners I would totally recommend Apollo pharmacy in the case of learning and growing as a pharmacist, but in the review of salary it's too less than other and the salary hike every ear was very less, so to get you a salary of 25k you if you join Apollo pharmacy as a beginner from salary of 10k by giving your drug licence also, it will take you upto 5years for being the incharge position atleast the after 3 to 4 years your salary can be 25k. It's better to learn and gather experience from here in 2 -3 years and look for better opportunities in medical or any different company and move there. Honestly you work for money and self growth also. 

My advice  to the New Joinee:, They should know detail about the company from a existing matured employee . 

My advice for the Management  : Has to improve the  Quality of stem of working and behavior of superiors to staff and they must have to improve the training of employee as well as Information Technology ,of present generation, and Finally I felt a very average  place to work.

People who are freshers can join for work experience and customer interaction. All benefits including PF, ESI are available. But dress code must be Tshirt, so that workers can do their job with pleasant environment. Because what they provide uniforms are fly polyster and can't take breathe if it is summer or there is no AC . Don't know all theses years how they worked.

of branches and achieving of sales targets and keeping everything report to manager daily 
and weekly also monthly ,Category wise Products target to sales and keep doing 
everything,Team motivation, Gear up the sales target ,plan implementation with workouts 
of targets with clear planing

Well, I did jobs in outfit stores, food chain, and many other area. The job at Apollo pharmacy was quite interesting for me to learn something new. Basically, my education is from engineering backgrounds. So, it was inspiring for me to know about medical terminology as well as the process of taking orders of medicines. I'm very open-minded and talkative. Therefore, it was not so hard for me to finish any tasks. Overall, it was a wonderful experience for me because the staff was co-operative and amiable aiming towards the customer satisfaction.

Very good place to sharpen ur skills , and get a chance to work.with multinational company was very good platform for me , the staff was very cooperative a person can learn good salesmanship there bcoz they provide proper training and guidance, ai had great experience with apollo.i learn alot there how to attract a customer to buy the things ,and he much carefully drugs should distribute ,eg rut drugs to rut person ,to avoid any medical misshapen ,and record all the transition

I working 3 to 11pm, 8 to 9 hours but I m interested & freedom part of time working hours.

Good and super behaviour in my staff.

I routine day has as per as company roul regularly Everyday good working.
