I got to work on some challenging projects in UK Highways Geotechnical Team With good feedback from our UK Geotechnical team. But My Line/BIM manager here is not cool even he is torching and creating very Stressful environment in office. As well all hire management are believing him.He is playing like region wise politics with employees.  But Arcadis India Director and HR Management are very good. Very supportive. They are consider well being of employees. Most enjoyable part of job was the versatile projects in UK Region. 
Now a days due to Some people silly politics lot of good people are leaving Arcadis.. And this is the truth which I given above. 

Great workplace. Follows principles of integrity, sustainability and client focus. I learned team work and time management. Company management is just not good enough. They are always low on work. Workplace culture is also poor, with misutilization of the employees as a resource, inconsiderate towards the strengths, talents and interests of the employees

I got to work on some challenging projects in UK water. With good feedback from our UK water team. But manager here is not cool. Stressful environment created. Management is good. They consider well being of employees. Most enjoyable part of job was the versatile projects in UK water. 

Please dont spoil candidates life if you guys are not serious in hiring,Kindly change india Director immediately she doesnt treat employees like humans. 

collected documents after selected 5 rounds finally they said we are not serious in hiring. 

Wasted valuable time and given false hopes and collected solid MI data from other employees. 

Not having any ethical values. 

At ARCADIS India pvt. Ltd, no self respect, dignity or work ethics. Top management doesn't now how to treat employees. Great opportunity to grow and develop the career, but mismanagement and arrogance of unqualified higher management in India division ruins it all. Personally I don't recommend anyone to join ARCADIS India.

Traumatic experience. Nothing more to say ! Management is far more than toxic

Job description has nothing to do with actual work because actual work is the managers personal agenda against other colleagues !. Fake practices nicely covered under genuine titles and processes. 

Pros: A nice place to start your career in design or drafting field. Great work life balance but average career growth. You can learn things out of your own interest here. 
Cons: Nil onsite opportunities. Salary is mediocre. Professional growth depends on your rapport with your line manager more than your technical abilities.

Has good clients throughout globe Asian markets need bit more strong leadership and marketing sustainability is required. Yes good place to work n great paymaster.but Asia markets has a job security issue.

I am very much happy to be working in Arcadis consulting India PVT LTD. the company management and policies are favorable to every employee to work.  company and managers are always inventing to 
 build employee career and success.
