There is no stress . Work pressure is high it’s obvious that to grow fast together  one should excel…

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
Very good atmosphere for a  hard , smart & result orientated personalities. Caution there is other way round no place for only smart people…

What is a typical day like for you at the company?
It’s every day is typical day .

Transparent organisation with proper structured system. Encourages to give one's best effort and creativity is recognised. Training and grooming develops the competencies required. The working environment is excellent enabling people to work beyond the call of duty. The exposure to global practices is immense. Initially there was big plans for India operation and hence support was good. Subsequently, due to the policies of  Government of India e.g. Import taxation, Import restrictions, Currency fluctuations the viability of India operation was badly affected.

Work at AML was really challenging and productive. Learned to work under difficult conditions in the fields and dealing with people of diverse cultural background. Management was at time very supportive of our work and really gave us the required working equipments and tools. We had a great work environment as a team. My co-workers were a great team of people to work. I really enjoy working and having fun togather.

Overall had a very good experience and gained knowledge in SAP BW as Analyst and Logistics .
Looking at new opportunities to leverage my 8 years professional experience as Logistics Coordinator 3 years and as Business Analyst 4 years and in a world class company that offers a greater challenge and lean management skills to achieve optimum utilization of its resources and maximum profits.

Working for Arcelormittal was like having your dream come true. The best of the best perks, trainings, rewards and everything that you thought of. ofcourse all this comes with results, but my hardwork and results were proven and I was rewarded accordingly. Our colleagues were friendly and so were the managers, we had monthly outings, it was a very friendly atmosphere and not one day did I ever force myself to go to work, instead I enjoyed going to work.

Too much micromanagement. They don't care about work,only care about controlling employee. No support from Leadership team. Ego and unnecessary call to threaten employee for firing.

For serious Health Issues they will not support or give WFH or Leave but others getting permanent WFH. 
They told if you have health problem just leave.

Learned complete & in depth knowledge about HR process and functions. Independently handled work. Fun environment . Supportive management and always encouraged team work. Well designed performance management system to continuously review and  improve employee performance.

Co-Workers are very good. They want to learn relentlessly.m Management are good & helpful. May be little bit professionalism towards the approach of executing the job will help in future. They are constant effort to upgrade the employee which is very appreiable.

Not productive. No regards to your qualification or interest of field for department allocation. Suitable for someone who wants a relaxed life without much pressure and need for upskilling.

• sometimes there hard to work in time period. 
I learn about some civil and refractory works also know the transportation documents making process like eway bill, delivery challan and reservation slip, excell etc. 
There are celebrating all festivals also culture events like gala night.
