Day at work is very Energetic and Enjoyable day. 

We got to learn many things during these 11 years right from handling End customer to Business stakeholder. Technical Support in Oracle and Java. Various testing features and automation tools etc. Now we are learning Angular7

Management is organized and the vision of the management is very clear.  The activities of setting the strategy of an organization and coordinating the efforts of its employees (or of volunteers) to accomplish its objectives through the application of available resources, such as financial, natural, technological, and human resources.

A positive workplace culture leads to increased productivity, better employee morale and the ability to keep skilled workers.

On a personal level I feel that fulfilling the family requirement is the hardest part of my job. 

Work-Life Balance. “I love that I have a great degree of control and freedom within my job. Very interesting point is to face the various Challenges and find the innovative solution and provide the best service to the end users.

My job role was to attract new customers and cross selling . I think compared to any other products and service life insurance products are bit hard to sell. I came to knew that focusing high net and ultra net individual for investments in life insurance is waste because they have different options better. What we can offer is just a death insurance or we can make a sale through relationship. I came to know that its these products have a main impact to net worth individual for eg a small and medium family . they have a high necessity of life insurance because compared to the other segment an accident or any kind of illness will make that family in a great debt. The most hardest part of the job is to make sales . Compared to all other products through experience i came to know , it can't be sold at any time . Our strategy was to see 20 faces a day and i prefered them to meet at evening and holidays through booking appointments ,using our tool we use to discuss with customer about their financial position of today and we will show them in the future how they will be , thus making them understand the need of a investment and a life insurance. The most enjoyable part is the that we can meet different people and can come over different problems.

- A typical day at work place can be stated as when I was ahead of recruiting Advisors and making them login splendid business consistently and making them qualify for Foreign trips and other monthly Contest
- I learned quick recruitment of highly potential elite Advisors in a short span of time by interpreting them about their Commission earnings along with qualifying for attractive Contests
- Very professional management in proving benefits to employees and Advisors in time with out any delay
-Co-workers are very friendly in sharing their experience in closing policies and recruiting Advisors
- The hardest part of the job is ensuring Rich Advisors to prepare for IRDA exam to pass
- The most enjoyable part of the job is i got rewarded in terms of getting 4 promotions and earning appropriate Incentives and got qualified 2 Foreign Trips along with Chalo Pune Visit [Head Office Visit] and Goa Convention

The Time i became an MDRT in my office,,,

This is the place where i learned how to reach people with a new topic and in what way the people are interested meeting the new person when he comes with something in his hand, specially how to talk with the new people so that we can get the positive response from them and make them the member.

My management played a very key role in my achievement and the training sessions they took on my every need and even when i was unable to answer my customer, they took my job as their own job and stood as a pillar for my success.

I use to have a very good interaction with my co workers and i use to guide them in handling their customers for the business and many times they stood before me for the pulled me for the achievement.

My hardest part of my job was motivating my self when ever there was a complete negative answer from my customer and i was unable to fulfill my commitments.

The day i was awarded MDRT was the most enjoyable day in my professional life and the day i was felicitated for the achievement.

I had a great time working with Bajaj life. I was in the Bancassurance channel where in we had to maintain relations with our partners(banks) for business leads and New business. The management was also doing pretty well in providing the partner with a lot of reward and recognition programs which helped in boosting the business. This was other than the commission that the partner was given. My colleagues were fun to work with and the entire working environment was quite amicable and  people were cooperative.The toughest part of the job was remuneration/compensation. The salary was not very promising and neither were the increments. Even if you achieve an "A" grade ,monetarily it wasn't beneficial and the hikes were very minimal. The best part of the job was overachieving of targets and qualifying in various internal awards . I qualified the most prestigious award in BALIC called the "OSCARS" where in the top performers are felicitated by the CEO in some exotic location of Europe, Australia and the likes.

I working with bajaj allainz, it is a good place to work, interesting department sales, where i learn good things on daily base, with different peoplel, i love to meet different people on daily base, management are very happy with my work, and my service to the customers, my company gets good feed back from the customers regarding me. I make good relationship with customer and my co-workers, i make cooperate to my boss as well as my co-workers. i can close the leads with big ticket size, and small to, sometimes its very easy to close big tickets and some time its very hard to get small business according to the customer's mind. bajaj gives the opportunity to play games like cricket, once in a weak, and seasonals trips too. over all bajaj is a place where i can have my career for long time.

In company the day starts with a structured review and plan for the day. He helped me to plan and engage with the sales team in making  my team align with the line managers. The management was excellence and absolute freedom to deliver results. The co workers are wibrant and cooperative at all times. The hardest part of the job was to achieve the gigantic targets within the stipulated time frame my boss at that time use to insist that we should leave the office by 6 pm and spend the rest of the day with family.

The best part of the job was working with 33 branches and almost 40 trainers across the country with different types of people and culture. Most enjoyable part of my job was I have recruited and inducted 40 trainers across the country only through referrals and not through any consultant.

i start my career in 2004 in eureka forbes as a salesman i work 4 years and got promotion every year i risigne eureka forbes 2008 as a team ledar then i join max new york life as a agency devlope manager i work 4 years i'm not got any promotion i'm a averag manager i risigne max 2012 then i join bajaj allianz as branch sales manager i handle 5 sales manager i start my day. i take in morning team meeting ask to sales manager yesterday work how to do business call and how to do recruit call and them motivate also i learn how to handle team and how manage them managment also good every thing is update time to time my co-workers also wery good every body is helping every time. hardest part of job is handlt agent advisor

.    Understanding and evaluating the training needs across west and west east                                                   region, conducting training sessions based on the need derived, to the territory managers,Operation Managers,Operation staff across the renewal vertical.
	Post change in location the role was to lead the team with various processes and sub processes and conducting training sessions based on requirements.
	Induction of the new joiness for the various systems and processes of the BPO and imparting knowledge on financial systems followed by auditing the implementation through call audits.
	Script and Content development for the individual processes.  
	Designing and driving contest for the processes  which can motivate them in their daily activities

A typical day at Bajaj Allianz Life will be of 10 hours. There is a lot of scope for interaction with other functions which leads to tremendous learning opportunities and also help in collaborating with different teams.
There have been quite a few changes in the management and there is an urgent need to have a steady top management for some years. This will lead to building confidence among the employees and customers.
Policy changes need to be under taken and implemented with a long term view. Frequent changes are not helpful.
There is a good scope for independent working, decision making power lies with all members.
Decision making has to be faster and once taken cannot be over ruled by other function heads.
Overall its a great place to work.
