Feature group. Iam very happy. Today. Iam standing and gaving service to my customers. I learn. From bigbazaar. They teach me about the customer service. Today i have excellent 15+years of retail experince national and international. In fashion and electronic. Still today. Iam learning very movemant of my life i keep learning. From my cutomers. Really great experience to work with bigbazaar. Once up on a time i worked as parttime job in pantaloons. Iam very. Happy. The companys is growing.faster than any other retail. Others retail fellowing to bigbazaar retail. I think the number one retail in southasia. With more space. Is feature group.

What is the best part of working at the company?
customer service and cashiering and also the team work I enjoyed the work in a team because with the help of it we shared our feelings with each other even we also provide the help if someone needs in our group

there was never a stressful part at my work because if someone have any problem that team member were always ready to provide help

What is the work environment and culture like at the company?
the environment of this company was very polite and beautiful and a number of customers attracts towards it due to the beautiful environment amd the team members comes from different backgrounds and they have a various knowlegde about different things


What is a typical day like for you at the company?
My day was excellent at my work because every day I learnt knew things from my team memers

At first i was doing part time as customer sales representative in Big Bazaar,india(one of the largest store) and after 3 months of my work period, my boss appreciated my hard work and gave me chance to do full time.

Our workplace was very friendly. Every employee respects each other and if someone is having difficulty, I always helped them in every possible way.

Friendly and hard team work is the key to become the largest store in india.

Every month we had this small gathering where we played games, some indoor games and lots of food to eat. 

i remember the hardest part of the job was during any festival in india. During festivals there are lot of customers present at the store.
so we guys had to work as a team, contributing in each and everyones role and running the supermarket.

i always loved working at my workplace because of the friendly environment we had.

Once it was a busy day at work and many of the employees were on leave. It was very hard to manage the store but our manager used to have a very positive attitude towards work. we learnt a lot from him. He guided the whole team and we all divided the work. Every single person started managing 2 sections. In such a way it became very easy for all of us to manage whole of the store and it even decreased the burden on us. As the work environment was very positive, we all used to work by having fun together. The hardest part of the job was to deal with tough customers but slowly I learnt to deal with them too. In the last days of my job i became so perfect at dealing with them that our manager used to specially call me to deal wih any ough customers. The most enjoyable time used to be with the staff, dealing with customers, refillinf stocks.

It was a good Experience being a part of Leading Developing Shopping malls .Learned how to work in team,understanding the values and to do work in corporate.Dealing with all level of professionals.Typical day when I haven't gone through Appraisal and appraised as per management,Enjoyed with my seniors and subordinates with a lot of learning from them.The most enjoyable part when I could succeed in elimination of few persons from company who were creating nuisance among others and that too unnecessarily.Management is over all good but perfection lacks everywhere.No doubt this company changed a lot and helped in developing over all personality.Made me to think and forecast the business stuffs in life.

Enjoyed the day to day customer relations. Learned a lot and was very good at my job and learned how to manage a super market & store . My rating would probably be 4 stars. My co-workers are very helpful and knowledgeable about the sales & customer attraction.

Big Bazaar is same like his name BIG.. ,Wednesday & Sunday was the crucial day for sell , I Hvae leaned lot of thing there - to be patient with every one while talking , listning everyone's opinion, smile while communicating with others , work as a team , help other teammates to achieve their sales target , etc .
They had very supporting staff ,afternoon time was the hardest time for sale.. , celebrating every cultural events with joy was the best part of the job.. Overall i was happy to work there.. but salary was not that much for the cashiers unfortunately & also The mall was Closed down last year in june so thats why i had to left the Job.. and also Looking for my career to have a great job...

Days here at the market was always pleasant, would get all the work done in the office: answering the phone , checking in vendors, entering data in the computer, doing the deposits and taking them to the bank. Learned a lot about flea markets, and what not to have to much of the same things, vendors didn't like that, and very one wanted on the front entrance. 
This job was fun nothing hard about it, I truly enjoyed every day I worked there.Good Management with proper working conditions from lower to higher level, creativity, training provided to employees on their own cost, sincerity in employees, good working environment.
