one day at morning around 4a.m., we were facing the problem of low bunker level in boiler at the thermal power plant.

my team and i realized the seriousness of the day-today activities what we have done these days, and what went wrong on that specific day.

our management taught us safety in work environment as a primary concern.

while working with the co-workers i learned how to be friendly with all and even with people who are elder to me.

the hardest part of the job is to manage the team while working.

the most enjoyable part of the job, is sitting with all workers and having the lunch.

This company gives lot of trainings to improve the skill level of employees.

They have more than 30+ sites & recently they got the port maintenance in Dubai. They are taking the contract with low quotation it ultimately reflects employees salary. 

Safety is good.
Minimized the breakdown by their analysis.

Good for beginners to learn quickly with very lowest salary ever compared to other companies.

•	Book keeping and updating records on daily and weekly basis including ledgers.Meets accounting financial objectives by forecasting requirements,Value Added Tax: Preparation and filing of VAT/CST return on monthly basis & ensure timely monthly Payment of Input VAT / CST,Taking care of TDS, VAT, PF, ESIC, loan etc. of the employee and preparing invoices and memos.

What is the most stressful part about working at the company?
Time Management is a challenge

I start the day before: anything pending at the end of the day takes priority first thing in the morning, after daily am tasks and meeting with my supervisor. And for me the most enjoyable part of my job is to maintain  Zero Accident and Zero Break Down.

They always recruit uneducated & unmatured employees, lot of partiality, worst management. No employee benefits. only benefit in this company is we can easily learn subjects and work. good infrastructure, All the works given to us are urgent only this the very hardest part of job.

It needs to be recruit well educated managment staff at place of un educated persons , because they always perform their work as not like good manager they did as like un educated person , so i always want to work with well  ehaved and educated person.

As per the last three years its sounds good for working and the only reason for change of job was time and distance. More than this it is accepted that i have learned and enjoyed lot of this from here.The only thing that makes feeling bad is to searching for next level.

This very nice place to work and management also good 
Here I learned different type of automation systems.
This company only dealing a material handling projects like ash and coal in power plants.
