I have just waste my precious one year...no job security... stressful environment... everything is worst.. deduction of login hours, didn't change the shift, at the time of interview they promise that shift will be rotational. But never kept there promise, fake promises always, if you planned leaves for a week, even at 3 months before taking the leaves, and share the mail also, at the time comes you will get only one leave with one weekoff, worst management.
If you are ill and hospitalised, management will said take medicine and come office either you are dying or no matter what problems you are facing, they forced to come office.

They are giving 20-25 day training with some extra activities

The stressful part is that you have 9 hours of ship and you have to login for 8 hours if you login for 7:59 hours then it should be your half day and they are wasting our 1 hour break in briefings and feedback

Work environment is well but you have to focus in your work you have no time to see environment

Our whole day was at the company we don’t get time to rest

Paytm is a good place to work in, people around are friendly and helpful, management is transparent and supportive and most of the co-workers are passionate about their work and that creates it a beautiful, challenging and a high paced aura around you.

It motivates you to work and compete with the universe.

Infrastructure and local are also very good and hence keep you up all the time. Working culture is very good and you have things to your reach in difficult times and hence make it a super strong in terms of everything.

In short, working & learning goes in parallel here and upcoming new things keeps up your spirit to work and deliver !

I was in Zomato chat process, You can get support anytime from Client end however the management of cogent is worst. If you have good personal relations with manager you'll get promoted otherwise no chance.

Enviroment is not good at all it looks like you are in a school when you have to wear full size socks to get entry in the company premises you have to put your bags outside the floor it feels like you're working in a factory, Employees can not use lift, lift is only for managers and senior staff.

Everything is better, except management

Major issue is something goes like politics, coz if someone did their work genuinly nd work hard, but they didnt recognize.

Not bad, not good, this company has cafeteria but food is not good, especially for south indians didnt like such type of food.

Everyday because work stress,

Pros – Very good company in the defense industry to work. They will always take care of their employees and their families. They have good working conditions.

Cons – They are a good company. But their pay scales are not as good as as other companies in that area.

Advice to Senior Management – I request the management to do a survey of salaries in that area and use the data to increase pay scales for their employees.

One of the worst bpo company I've ever worked in.. salary date 15th of month. Management is totally unprofessional and poor.. They deducted my 4 days salary and I was present on those days (in notice period).  Biometric punching was on time.  They told me to come after 15 days,  we have forwarded the issue.  But no action had taken..
