My nature of job is - 

	Meeting with internal research and project management team, to negotiate and agree research projects, liaising with Sales. 
	Preparing briefs and commissioning research, formulating a plan/ proposal and presenting it to the senior management.
	Writing and managing the distribution of surveys and questionnaires; briefing project team and researchers and liaising with and managing survey staff.
	Conducting quantitative surveys and monitoring the progress of research projects, analyzing and interpreting data to identify patterns and solutions, including surveys and focus group transcripts.
	Writing detailed reports and presenting results to senior management on how to best use research findings and managing budgets, who in-turn present it to the clients.

Project  Management:
	Facilitating all aspects of the project implementation i.e., planning and adherence to Scope, Timelines & Cost, and Process definitions including the migration strategy to achieve project objectives. 
	Effectively communicate project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.
	Set up and implement new and on-going projects. Providing timely status reports, project analysis and recommendations. Proactively identifying project risks.
	Acting as a liaison agent between the onsite team and the production team in India, providing direction and briefings to Project Managers, Data Operations, India Reports team and other auxiliary teams to insure comprehensive understanding of project objectives  

 Team Management & Strategic Planning
	Ensuring efficiency in operations and that the individual & group targets are met, by managing & monitoring the performance of team members.
	Identifying and implementing strategies for building team effectiveness by promoting a spirit of cooperation between team members.
	Identifying newer opportunities, formulating business strategies, strategic utilization and deployment of available resources to achieve organizational business objectives.

	Manage operations & work in collaboration with team(s) for achieving set targets & service delivery metrics.
	Ensuring effective utilization of people and resources for profitable operations.
	Preparing & compiling various weekly/monthly reports pertaining to process, customer satisfaction activities, targets & accomplishments and productivity.
	Interact with clients to review and resolve operational issues as well as implementing new process & procedure changes.

	Addressing client queries & ensuring execution of appropriate actions to ensure seamless operations. 
	Taking initiatives/projects as required by client and maintaining consistency of practices in sync with client/service delivery requirements.
	Creating, managing and updating all process documents.
Client Management 
	Constantly be in touch with clients at various locations across the U.S. to ensure their requirements and deadlines are met. 
	Address client's concerns, handle escalations and improvise solutions by creating R.C.A(Root Cause Analysis).
Team Management / Training & Development: 
	Creating and sustaining an environment that fosters development opportunities and motivating the employees for enhancing the existing performance levels. 
	Conceptualizing & developing need based training modules for processes for optimum efficiency.
	Training, developing & mentoring cross-functional teams by setting higher expectations and initiating individual member accountability.

Role and Responsibility:


	Troubleshooting outlook clients such as outlook 2010, and outlook 2007.
	Mail flow related queries and providing the resolution for the Non delivery of messages.
	Moving the MX record  to Office365 and checking the MX record and cname record for Correct mail flow and autodiscover functions.  
	Guiding the customer from Moving from On premise server to Cloud Office365.
	Migrating the customer mailboxes from On premise or hosted services to Office365.
	Running Windows powershell and assigning various permission to the user accounts such as full mailbox, calendar sharing permission and various type commands for managing the user accounts.
	Remote assistance and using Microsoft Tools and using  Microsoft support tools to provide  resolutions to the customer.
	Calendar  and contacts sharing permission and room mailbox permission
	Setting of Directory Synchronization and ADFS in Office365.
	Issues related Migration of email and or moving the PST files into Cloud using the PST capture Tools or Through Outlook clients.
	Guiding the customer through the various process for migrating from on premise to Online.
	All technical queries related to office365 and moving the mailbox using Cut-over and staged Migration or IMAP migration.


I am working for IBM and deputed on client locaiton "GCMMF". I planned new DC setup and converted existing DC into DR. I executed this plan and completed the activity as per the time line by working day & night for continuously for 6 months.
So many typical days faced here as when we were not having DR for GCMMF so many time full setup got down due to electricity problem and when we were trying to bring up the servers and storage we were gettin challenges and successfully resolved those. 
HereI learned about new DC and DR setup, ahrdware requirement, capacity management and issues which occurred during installation and any failure.
I am the only person managing AIX servers and storage. Other co-workers are managing windows, network and helpdesk related issues.
most hardest and enjoyable part of the job was new DC installation and DR setup because when we were facing any problem and needed to follow the time line I was in pressure and trying to solve the problem and when the problem was getting resolved it was enjoyable part of the job.

 Create planograms based on inventory requirements and Use highlights, labels, charts and reports to help analyze product placement and presentation effectiveness
