Just after my MBA, this was a great experience where I learnt the skills of Market Analysis, Channel Management, Business Development, Customer Relationship Management. It was fun to work on Projects like - Analysis of Market Potential vis-à-vis Distributor-Intake for “Century Ply” in Udhagamandalam and Pollachi
 and Survey of Dealers’ Potential to market Century’s MDF (Medium Density Fiber) Board. Fun part was to continuously meet dealers and analyse market trends, make demand analysis and forecasting.

Good work place. Truly professional. If you really want to grow in century.. Work hard.. No place for non performers. Target oriented people are appraised & can step towards higher levels..

The main problem was HR
As a doctor i didn't have much actual work so HR kept irritating with work that wasn't exactly doctor work
They were disrespectful also
Would use ur office and chair for literally any guest that came making u sit in empty rooms for duty time 
I had to work only 3 hours daily there but even those 3 hours were dreaded

Century ply is very good place to work, learn and grow. Seniors are very supportive. Work culture is very good. If you get an opportunity to work at Century ply then catch it. Freshers can learn a lot here and develope their skills and personality.
