GS tyagi is also cheap people and mugdha hr is not good  colliers fire rate is very poor no management is good

Hr management is bad and no traning facility nepotism is very hight demand in these companies colliers is bad company as compared to JLL and CBRE

Very poor senior is not supported and also client is good but colliers team is not supported

In my tenure with Colliers International i got the opportunity to serve my best creativity specially man management is the big challenge but due to my overall work experiences i am easily able to manage the huge team of 2500+ at various locations. I am also very happy to resolve the problems of clients as well end users and ready to take challenges at any point of time and given full extended 24X7 support to align the business Leadership which puts value addition to enhance the Business as well.
Apart from that lot of initiatives actually gives positive energy into daily operations challenges and solving issues than and there is part of my nature.

The systems and processes are defined in the company, hr policies are clear. Typical day is fire fighting with issues which require immediate attention, meeting deadlines as suggested by seniors, and coordinate at various levels to get things done. Pleasing the bosses was a challenge even if u work good or let;'s say much better than others, if bosses are not pleased its tough, just job performance is not enough to please. Hardest part of the job was managing the many bosses. The most enjoyable part of the job was new challenges and situations to deal with everyday. the job is not monotonous, there is lots to do, always.

I have overall 10yrs of experience in accounts & finance. I have been worked with Alok Ind. Ltd., Bombay Dyeing mfg co. ltd.

Currently working with Colliers International as Assistant manager Finance & Accounts. Its really Productive & Fun workplace in colliers accounts & Finance Department. I was handling Accounts Receivable & payable Department. Management is supportive. Co-worker is also good & supportive. Hardest part job is that mostly working on manual on Excel because of software not good & supportive. Enjoyable part is that lern many new challenging this in during job.
