The organization has given me an opportunity to build a strong foundation for my career. I have got to learn so many things of my profession. The management runs their business with high morals and ethics and believes in total customer satisfaction. My colleagues were the employees with whom you really want to work. Very coordinating, helpful and good human beings.The hardest part of the job was working hours. 54 hours a week and only one holiday. The most enjoyable part of working their is supportive employees, management and job culture.

plant handling during a shift and also monitoring a different chemical process.i have taken different technical knowledge from various chemicals equipment.our company management given fully freedom to taken decision in our plant problems.my company co-workers are very technical knowledgeable and share to each other.i think whole shift is very responsible work so, i don't ignore any problem in my plant . when we have success in our production goal at that time our plant worker and all staff celebration for it.

Company provided for all  employee  learning opportunity and training arrangement . Supporting given from h o for all emloyee any problems . Working environment is very nice.

Company is mind blowing, salary is on time no problem for it.as for freshers it is really a very Golden opportunity to joint this industry.
One can learn from basic knowledge here.

The first day of my job at CTX Ltd. was very crucial and as I joined fresher so i learned very much from this company. Working culture of this industry is the best thing which i saw. But bad management system makes this company lower than a very reputed company.

The most enjoyable part of job is work it self, I have gain knowledge related to pf,esic, factories act. in this company.But due to commutation problem I had to leave this company.

Not good job culture & not any facility for operator level employees. Benefits are only shift incharge  & incharge level  employees.
