	Maintaining area records as per GMP requirements 
	Preparation and follow up of preventive maintenance schedule for all equipment’s and systems. 
	Preparation of Standard operation procedure for all equipment’s and systems.
	Preparation of IQ, OQ, PQ for all equipment’s and machinery used in the section.

Hectic Life with no life for family

• Building, managing and training a team of 25 advisors from various walks of life such as Accountants, Businessmen, Medical representatives, Share brokers and also fresher.
• Planning and implementation of sales plan through the team on a monthly basis.
• Challenges included, keeping in control attrition, continuous motivation of the team and focus on business and instilling self belief to achieve targets, also managed to retain 25 advisors as required by the company.
• Generate and develop detailed and validated database and referral activities.
• Maintain process & guidelines as per Company norms and agreements.
• Developed a team of continuously active advisors consistently achieving targets and ensuring revenue generation.

Field sales starts as usual for the day and becomes either productive or analytical by the end of the day, depends upon how the sales team, the schemes, the market behavior, the directions from senior management applies. This company provides liberty to the sales manager to delegate all that comes to them, allowing managers to sit at office, disallowing them to learn changing market behaviors, which otherwise performed by frontline sales people on their own. The hardest part is numbers when it seems achievable but not achieved sometimes for factors not supporting trade. Yet you need to cover up by pumping stocks only to make your next month to suffer. I guess the FMCG whichever it be, works the same way.

On my average day of work, I start the day off by checking my emails. This way, I can reply to every deptt.  and get everything organized at the start of the day. I then look over my to-do list and get started on the manufacturing that have my top priority. Throughout the day I completed various administrative duties as well, including answering phones, drafting documents and emails, filing, and greeting customers.
