The company is very new in India has to go a long way to get stabilized. Though the company is with multi-business operations are not close knitted. All business operational companies operating separately with very small market penetration makes growth difficult in short time. Brand building activities are required and proper sync with HQ is always required for growth.

for past 11 years in Beckman coulter india ,it is good company to work with .the most enjoyable part of the job is to do the infrastructure setup right from nothing (day one ) for almost all the new sites which came in india .

Some managers are not even matured enough to understand the risks. So an as associate all will end up in lots of work pressure.
