A typical day at job starts with a team meeting and status update. Then discussions with key developers about their work and targets. Finally start working on software development related work such as design doc or coding.
Here I learned the basics related to Product Life cycle management and ENOVIA (Ematrix) framework. Received formal specialized training in ENOVIA development from Geometric ltd.
Also got chance to work on JAVA based technologies. Also worked on Tomcat server.
Management is good. Every brand has its own ER through which our queries and concerns are channeled to upper management. Also there is periodic meetings and presentations conducted by upper management to help us articulate our concerns.
I work with a group of highly skilled, qualified and experienced persons. Every engineer or developer has got a minimum experience of 3 years. Also they have experience in diverse domains. Hence they bring a lot of knowledge to the table.
The hardest part of the job is coordinating with the quality team and confirm that the entire test suit is executed to ensure quality.
Most enjoyable part of the job is to see the project executed and released successfully.


Dassault Systemes is by far the worst employer I have come across so far in my career. The picture that they showed us during campus recruitment was different than the ground reality. The company has absolutely no framework for development and progress for people who are inducted into the company as Management Trainees or Graduate Engineer Trainees. Even for employees, the situation is no different and an air of uncertainty hovers around your career and future in this company. The company culture is one which reeks of paranoia and insecurity which is ably reflected in the company's top management. The HR department is the worst of the lot with absolutely no empathy towards the employees or people who are parting with the organization.

Normal working hours in a day is about 8 hours/day and the office work hours are flexible. Working under the project DELMIA made me understand more about the time management, improvement of analytical skills. The work is very challenging which required programming abilities which includes logical thinking. The employees  working under the company are very friendly and supportive in terms of work and life. Though the work culture is properly balanced I faced difficulties during initial stages in understanding the crux of programming and coping up with other colleagues. Once one has understood the product and coding practice the work flow is interesting and challenging, that is what I liked about my job.

Job as a Consultant demands more of travel. Most of the time my engagements are with the clients at the client site - understanding the requirements, building solutions and of course solving problems and suggesting the changes. In case I am at office, the time spent is more on knowledge or skill updates & internal discussion with the team.

The experience has taught me on how to develop as an individual to solve both technically and also how to manage clients.

Co-workers are good and supportive when required.

The hardest part of the Job is more travel.

Learning new things everyday from different engagements.

French company with products in CAD domain. Best in their domain, no doubt. Old technologies are used in core R&D teams. Adopting cloud in a slow pace. Relaxed and chill atmosphere.

This is a best place ro work if u are targeting work life balance and equally challenged environment... Hike is best in the market.. the only drawback is.. they don't have project on latest technologies.. u might find yourself working in old technology but still challenge your core logics like data structure concepts... And provide good balance between your work and other choices like your Passion.

Growth is bit slow here but excellent work life balance. Work culture is good, people are good and friendly. 
Leave policy excellent. 
Don't have to work in sylos. 
Expected to help each other, which gives excellent opportunity to learn more. 
As it is product based org they give lot of opportunities to learn. 

Work Life management is good .
You will get a lot to learn, as this company is a growing giant in the technology field.
The most enjoyable part if you ask me is that you get to solve different kinds of problems, there is always something new to do which I like.
As I said earlier as a whole this is a best company to grow personally and professionally.

Pros:
1. Work life balance is excellent
2. Yearly increment is good if not great. 
3. Managers handle team in a good way, but they're too lenient and don't give honest feedback to them who are not doing job efficiently.

1. Limited career growth opportunities.
2. Limited technologies, mostly JAVA, .Net and C++
