Typical work includes bug fixing. Reported by QA as well as the customer. 
Every bug has timelines to follow. Too much deadline pressure. 
No design document to follow when it comes to implementing a new feature. Most of the time you start implementation on the basis of assumptions.

Being a fresher its good to start once career, lot of opportunities to grow as being tech support. Exposer to lot of projects also onsite opportunities is there if you perform well. Although work schedule is hectic sometimes you have to work straight 12hrs and management is good enough to treat and provide facilities to employee.

Get to work independently. Good mentoring by talented experienced workforce. Management is good but they keep changing their strategic plans and always compromise on the workforce. Most enjoyable part is the self challenges on projects, you wont be restricted to limit urself with extra steps, hence one can get more things under their responsibilities.

eGain is a good place for learning web technologies. As a beginner to become a Web Developer, this place as lot to offer in terms of a learning platform. 

Compensation is not competitive compared to its peers and work life balance is not proper due to stringent timelines. Also, the management needs to care about the office qualities to cater increasing employees strength

Starting from the reception to the Management, one will never see a long face as everyone enjoys their work and supports each other in daily tasks to ensure the organisation stands on top of the competition. eGain has been rated #1 5 years in a row by market analysts like Gartner.

Fun work place with supportive management, It is all about numbers and your performance, small organisation so get to know people very soon, and you can make many friends, environment is very nice. and its locality too.

Typical IT company , normal day start with checking of mails, taking rounds for checking the cleanliness and hygiene, management is based out in US, support teams are good to work, there are no previous records available for any reference,

Great company for automation testers.
Mid sized company. Will always have some work ( but not so much that cannot be handled on daily basis), unlike services based companies. Managers are also good.
All 25 leavs credited at once. 

People were good and Talented
It's good for freshers.
They do no follow the process which usually results to repetitive work.
