Collection is in company's core, however, for trial purpose Non-voice function started in the process of expansion in diversification. Success and failure is not guaranteed however, a proper planning was supposed to be there for the employees as well. Employees' career is also a point which should be taken into consideration while focusing on pros and cons of the newly designed process. More than a year has been passed however, no stability in the processes and finally an ultimatum has been given, either to move in a voice profile or leave. No clear agenda for the employees who choose any of the given options. The overall journey does not seem to give a feeling of job security, a contentment of doing work and trust on management. 
Other then that, company is good in celebrating the festivals, provide the adequate leave balances for different purposes, arranging the campaigns eg. health related, aadhar card camp, free eye-check up etc. Also, do not compromises with the gift qualities supposed to be distributed amongst the employees.

Debt Collection is a tough work to do on a daily basis but i am in this industry from last 7 years and currently working with encore capital group is the best place to work and  collecting debt from customers feeling excited every day when i give customer service to them also and when customers give positive feedback to my manager for me.It makes me happy,when heard these feedback.I learned a lot on a daily basis from my manager,my juniors,my co workers,every time they are so supportive,i am open for the feedback every time.Management is supportive and they heard the problem every time whenever i face any problem or any challenge and they try to solve then and there.I believe that hardest and the most enjoyable part of the job is to collect according to the target set for every month.My monthly target varies from $50k to $62k according to the seasonality in USA and i loved the part that i earned according to the target.I am happy that i am a debt collector and i can earn every month according to my need.

I have learned a lot of important stuff while working at encore capital group. I am handling the complete work flow of the team along with meeting the daily production and individual targets. The culture that encore follows is quite employee friendly as the company gives a lots of emphasis on the needs of the employees. It follows an open door policy where an employee can speak to any of the manager if the employee is going through any of the problem. 

The most enjoyable part of the job is that the management is very serious about the careers of its employees.It gives regular feedback to the employees about their  performance which helps the employees in the long run. 

Management celebrates all the festivals at the workplace and it make sure employees must always feel that he/ she is an asset for the company.

I am grateful for my experience at Encore Capital Gurgaon as an Account Manager. This role has provided me with the opportunity to learn and grow every day, navigating the challenges that come with striving to exceed my targets.

Throughout my time here, I have dedicated myself to working hard and focused on achieving my goals. The supportive environment has allowed me to develop my skills and gain valuable insights into account management.

As the year draws to an end, I would like us to take a brief look at how well we have managed our time. This is an issue that most people battle with, day in day out . many of us claim our days are never wasted. “I know where I’m going and what I’m going to do”. If you truly feel that way, then you are in the minority. Most people become frustrated with a day that is unproductive. We would all like to get more done in a day.
The idea of time management has been in existence for more than 100 years. Unfortunately, time cannot be managed, time is uncontrollable. The best we can do is to manage ourselves and use our time.

This company is not for the people who wants to make career in IT. There are many processes here. Only in collection process the incentives(salary goes upto 50-60k or more than that) are good.But the situation is worse in other processes. Apart from 19-20 k inhand salary you can only earn 3 to 4 k incentives. There is a high competition between tenure people and new hires people. There is huge salary difference in salary between tenure people and new hires.

As per my understanding Encore is one of the best organization around the globe. Encore is employee eccentric company with the bandwidth of 3500+ employees. Overall vatern is perfect with employees, management. Furthermore, company provides medical, food, transport to every individual. I believe this can be provided only in companies, those are best place to work for and Encore is one of them, who stands with every employee during their thick and thin.

A day in Encore is full of mixed things not just work but many more things in just 8 hours. Have learned so much in that company about individual’s mind set , got know how and when to use statements to influence a person the most. Work life and all other stuff in Encore was balanced in a very amazing manner.  As a workplace Encore is a bang on. Of course work over there wasn’t easy but the kind of training they provided made the work as easy as applying butter. And to be a part of that Organisation was the most enjoyable experience.

For people who does not know about the company just a 2 words " Worth Working" Management and the company both is employee centric treats every individual fairly as equally wont be a right word to describe, Miss the days at Encore, If it wasnt the shifts timings i would have atleast given 10 years of my life to that company. There is no enjoyable part but yes everyday was different at encore and that the most enjoyable experience one can have.
Looking forward to rejoin only if they allow to do so.

Encore in 2019 has change its management. Best Top leaders left the company because of the  of people sitting in US. Now, the new leaders are from domestic background and act like there the owner of the company indirectly. Employee satisfaction is only for them who wants to have free food and cabs. But, for the people who want to earn, Incentives are very very hard to get. Only 20 percent of people are able to meet the target. Managers will say tlif 20 percent can meet the target why can't rest 80 percent.
