 I am writing this review to share my experience as an employee at Enphase Energy, and I must say that it has been an incredibly positive journey. Enphase Energy is a forward-thinking and innovative company that truly values its employees, fosters a collaborative work environment, and provides ample opportunities for growth and development.
One of the standout aspects of working at Enphase Energy is the company culture. From day one, I felt welcomed and supported by my colleagues and superiors. The team is comprised of highly skilled professionals who are not only knowledgeable in their respective fields but also genuinely passionate about the renewable energy industry. The culture of teamwork and cooperation creates a positive and motivating work atmosphere that encourages collaboration, idea-sharing, and continuous learning.
Enphase Energy places a strong emphasis on personal and professional growth. The company provides various avenues for employees to enhance their skills and knowledge, including training programs, workshops, and access to industry conferences. I have been able to participate in valuable learning opportunities that have helped me stay abreast of the latest developments in the renewable energy sector and expand my skill set. The support and encouragement I have received from my managers and colleagues have been instrumental in my career development.

Team is not capable of handling the projects. Boss is clueless , unnecessary timelines , most of the time people work under huge pressure .
 - No Learning opportunity
 - No Travel yet you are expected to know how products are made at supplier location.
- unrealistic time line.
 - worst work place culture, people are not at all supportive.
- Unnecessary processes just to push cross functions not to work.
- Design team is clueless on what they are making for years now still there is failure.
- Overnight changes in design 

A typical day starts with a morning huddle followed by the tracking of the project and as per priority allocation of same, at the end of the day or twice in a week ends with a client call where the learning begins and engineer can put up their doubts regards to the problems they face and use the client experience at the same time. Happy to grow then open to learn and explore the dynamics 

 Good place getting better company is expanding , but have to work out of office hours ,  good pay and lot to learn , learning curve is good in engineering teams not sure about other teams 

Management is very good at Enphase
Managed Invoicing, cash application and collection activities 
Review collections forecast and coordinate with the Directors & respective Operations Leads

A good place to work.Great place to learn and develop your skills. Still, a long way to go. Need more presence and branding in India. Product is great

If you work hard they pay monthly incentive which is more than your salary some times you have to work 12 hours in a day and night shift are hard to do
