Its a new company in india and every day is a new reformation happens in this company whether its in terms of policy or etc..

Managers(talking about my manager not pointing out to everyone) working in this company are still focused on their on motive and fill their pocket. They take decision on based on personal experience and favoritism. so basically if you are close to your manger then your salary can even get huge hike and in case you are not then be ready to pack you bags.

It's really a good company for the fresher to start their carrier. Allowance for the rotational shift is pretty good. I am 2021 passed out. I got 2 offers at the same one is from ensona and other is from top mnc. Many of my friends suggested not to choose ensona but I choose ensona now I think I made a good choose.

Ensono Technologoes is fast growing organisation, i joined recently , nice environment to work , having good collaboration with colleagues and all departments inside the organisation which will give you better support in professional aspects.

Working at Ensono is fun manager communicates, understand and expect the deliverables on time. WLB is good. They need to improve pay structure. A person is assigned for every task, you only need to do your job.


Lots of new Projects coming and getting dumped with no proper KT from the client and need to start immediately within a week going live and need to support on call right from the beginning.
