The company is well recieved in doctors chamber and i always felt special being in superspeciality.plus some benefits like holidays .But I think either  the company  keeps on the position of area managers (specially in India who are incapable of even working in Indian companies).My area manager did use abusive words at times and  the experience which I never had to deal in Indian Pharma companies.Why is the benchmark of people different in different countries .I felt shattered and i left the industry whereas I was one of the toppers in Indian mnc .Worse ,incapable and lazy managers in the field.Kindly keep up ur reputation in India too when in the whole world the company has a good reputation.

	To get the signed and dated ICFs from the clinical subjects who fit into the inclusion criteria.
	To get all the demographic data, details of the concomitant medications and any co morbid disease exists in the clinical subject at every follow up.
	To collect the lab reports of the clinical subjects at every follow up visit.
	To enter all the relevant data in the eCRF.
	To coordinate with the Independent Ethics Committee for any amendment in the study protocol.
	To coordinate with the Principal Investigator and the sponsor company.
	To update the Study monitors and the Principal Investigator about the study on weekly basis.
	Exposure to Phase 3, Phase 4 and PMS trials.

Fresenius Kabi Oncology is basically deal with Oncology Product which consist Injectable , Oral solid dosage formulation. 

Fresenius Kabi is the branch of Fresenius Group based at Germany.

Company has maintain the good work culture. People working in this group are cooperative and take every task as challenge. The are very positive in building the quality in design.

Product manufactured from this plant are delivered  to all around world including US and Europe Market.

Fresenius kabi india pvt. ltd. company is the company having so many brands and products in their bags under a roof. There is alot of scope to grow your career. I learned here about the working culture in medical division. there is only one drawback with me that I was on offroll employee of fresenius kabi India Pvt. Ltd. I loved that moment when i got a call from my National Sales Manager on working hour to congratulate me to be on the No. 1 position in sales of I V fluids in all over India from Varanasi Headquarters. I will love to join once again Fresenius Kabi India Pvt. Ltd. but on Onroll basis.

This is a Germany based big MNC with its very poor management in India business operation. The working culture is worst which hardly allows to work and work only on papers to manipulate the numbers. The top Indian management use to play with the numbers to impress their seniors sitting in Germany or at Asia pacific Regional office based at Hongkong. I have suffered a lot due to the top management lobbying. The company is too good with great products but unfortunately being handled by poor management.

Typical day of the work is that deal with the Vendor regarding AMC of the Equipment, Calibration Activity, Breakdown handlimg. preparing the PM Schedule, maintaining the Documentation Records with point view of the Audit work.

Got learning how individual handling the assignment in critical Environment, how to plan schedule task, & execute that with in specified time.

the hardest task is the testing instrument, low pressure manometer  (Pi-rani Gauge & MKS Capacitive manometer),  

Managing the manpower, work on task individual as well as team work & solve with successfully.

In that company Good Management Staff and culture of all the employee in company is very good.
i am working in Quality Management under Quality control department such grateful organization, Manegement staff support all the employee present in company.such a wonderful organization.
this is good MNC company in India, it is a Large Volume parental.

Working area was great I was their in QA department, the quality was stictly follow their so you guys may found different review about company because production personal was not happy to work under strict quality culture. But for QA Kabi was Haven because you can do all things that lead to good quality environment.

Have 8 hr working policy due to have productiion plant work hours may be impacted, giving smart and hard work with consistancy u can collberate best performance with company, the outcome of performance is not in your hand if expecting about increment.

I'm a researcher (Pharmaceutical), the hardest part is trying to solve a problem with a deadline approaching, while you're not even sure how and if it is solvable at all. This can be quite frustrating. Basically not knowing if the work done during a week was worth anything at all until sometime in the far future.
My last job was an excellent learning opportunity and I developed my skills and experience in numerous different ways.
