it used to be nice driving for grab while uber was there, both companies are competing to get the best drivers in their platform but when uber was gone, d incentives from grab disappeared and it seems like we're not important to grab company anymore and take every little money they could from us.

Delayed salary delayed, incentives and unpaid overtime. Inconsiderate tl will tell you to work even if you're sick. Inconsiderate manager because she will still want you to report to the office even if one of the employees on the same floor is a covid-19 positive. The only good thing is the co-workers.

I strongly recommend to not join in Grab.
Not a professional place to work.
No genuine protocols are there. 
No respect to the low level,mid level even managers.
Only money minded and not for the employees.
Its blind decision if someone joins at grab.

Ad I work with grab I learned how to satisfy the riding public by courteous and efficient driving experience and as we expect from them that they want a fast and safe driving towards their destinations.

Waste company it is, because management not concentrate on hr in hyderabad because of this hr and some the office people so many riders are leaving this company. My advise is better keep good hr and good working office men. These people they are eating riders money.
