HRH NEXT is a good start to freshers. Here we can learn more knowledge on product and we can improve communication skills. Company atmosphere is good to work. Our Team Leaders, Trainers,Managers treat us like their friends.i have learnt a lot from this company. Who works in HRH they will go to higher positions easily. The Training period will be excellent for who join in HRH

Got to learn so many things..
Management is little partial..
Salary is quite less compare to other companies...
Genuine company and good management

I believe that not only was my experience negative, but that I will advise freshers to speak with genuine old employees in order to learn about the organisation. In addition, there is a dreadful, dreadful office culture for women. In addition, I have never received the salary stated in my offer letter. They'll say 14, you'll expect 12, but you'll only get about ten. There is no regard for you at work. There will be no proper week holiday; if an organisation requires an agent to work, they should ask the agent politely; however, here you will be asked to work and if you refuse, you will face the consequences.

I had work for a 15 days after that they removed without giving proper reason and they didn't pay me too! Totally worst company ever! They will torture us anything else! So I'm not recommending this company to others! Actually working timing according to Shop and establishment act 1988 only 7 hours but here we have to work more then 8.5 hours + 1 hour break totally nearly 10 hours a day! So please don't waste your valuable time 🙏

It's a better to do job their but there will be a no payment at correct time and they will be a huge amount of time to spend in job according to the given time we can do an extra time work and they will be a no benefit for us while doing extra work also.

Never go there even if you are desperate about the job. The pay is unjust. And never take anyone's advice. They don't go by the rules they'll put your salaries on hold for just bit of a mistakesnot only just that they will threat you every now and then about it. So never choose HRH even you are desperate. 

It was a amazing company to enhance the skills and first step to start a career. Even though I have worked in other process like gleneagle, cars24 and swiggy DE process. Even i am missing people who are close to my heart. My suggest to increase the salary for cars 24 process because I know whats the timing for logout what's time they give for logout. 

The company was good but the management over there was not able to handle the business properly as the management of quality and management of operations every time behaved was opponents but never tried to become a full part in that company. More over in that company we can get good skills for self quality development.

Worst place to work , there behaviour changes as soon as they get to know you are planning to leave the company your salary will not be credited, no experience letter will be given, they will deduct your salary by giving silly reasons 

Once am employee finishes the training period, pressure of work is at extreme level. Salary will be credited probably after 5 days of due date. Management is the best example of dictators.

Waste company I have seen before they first say u to work then after 15,20days all of sudden they say u that u r not qualified so please donot waste ur time with this waste BPO,it's not a BPO also they r big gamblers
