Our day starts with the social interaction within the team and inter team on the floor, we have the most fun learning environment at our work place and the best part is that everyone in the company is so approachable that we can directly contact anyone and everyone for anything and everything. I have learned so many things working at the this place from behaving like an individual to acting like a team also have learned that alone we are nobody but together we can make anything happen in this world, have achieved a right attitude towards work and life.

I have worked seven years in HyperQuality. It was great experience working with all the team members and management. As a Quality Consultant i have learned quality aspects in detail. I have attended many training sessions which was conducted by company as free of cost and was really helpful. It was really a great work place to work with.

I used to evaluate the pre-recorded Spanish calls and used to give the insights to the client when required. The company has a good working management. My peers were quite co-operative. The most enjoyable part of my job was MY WORK. I enjoyed doing my work. My team leader was very professional and was very cooperative as well. He used to conduct a month end outing for his team members.

It is a better place for work and internal atmosphere is also good. Hyperquality focus on improving customer experience 24/7. We accomplish this through our proven and innovative methodology for evaluations and surveys, reliable and valid data, and quality assurance software resulting in specific recommendations from the agent to the company–wide level.

It is a decent place to work and learn new things. You may feel tired at times, but one can always release the pressure by walking up to the game zone or indulge in extra curricular activities which keeps happening from time to time to keep you stress free and motivated. Management is transparent and easily approachable.

Used to stretch shift to over achieve the targets was always typical. Too much work load, management cares about the production only. No use of quality tools and nothing new to learn, However, the team was very good but it was always been a problem for me to achieve the production minutes because of the "Average call duration" I was getting.

Hyperquality is an amazing place for work; however it is a mid size company but it has beautiful atmosphere and that is the reason people are working there since many years.

The only flaw with Hyperquality is salary packages/structure rest everything is there which one would think of to have in his/her job.

Its been long that i have worked with this company, however what i feel is that the management needs to be more open to the feedback and should not provide growth to the individuals who do not deserve it. They also need to focus on the salary structures as the pay package is not as per the industry standards.

Learned many things here, from PD to technical knowledge. 

Worked on all process related training documents. Maintain and update data in Knowledge base.

Worked in SQL database to update all Client's user information.

Hyperquality India is a very good firm indeed. A usual day at work includes 8 hours of work and 1 hour of break; and if you do your work quickly you may enjoy more breaks. That was the best part working with HQ.
