I request the govt of India to audit the company and cancel their licenses. The are the worst employer and the worst of all as a service provider. They cheat, they steal, they humiliate, they harass, the will bring you so down in your career that you will feel so helpless. Branch Managers, General Manager, Operations Manager and other staff are quite unprofessional, uneducated.

Management are not ready to adopt any new ideas,its a limited organization but their fund management is too pour,lots of salary issue, when I was there we used to get paid after 2 months & all.here is no value of your previous experience.even if management taking any wrong step then also you have to do that, They will not entertain your input or Ideas

Day work is not very hectic. Deadlines for work is lenient.
Communication with trainees 
Management is very good and supportive
Workplace culture is very friendly
Hardest part of job is working Saturdays
