The colleague are very supportive in terms of work environment.
Other part of this company is favouritism in upper level. They don't support in staff to growth. They hire from outside. They just telling staffs to fill the development day form for sake they don't support staff in all these.

I have learn so may things from zara. How to maintain customer's service, store image,stock room,coordination. How to handle customer's complaint,feedback and sales analysis.
